It's not about the alcohol, the vibe in this store is VERY "enthusiastic" which is quite different from other well known stores, for example. They may seem the same since they all sell alcohol but it's like an inconvenience to ask for help at other places. I don't think I have ever seen a TW&M employee without a smile!
