This is the third time we've gone there where they say they should be open but it's closed early without any signage as to why. It was only 8:15pm and they were supposed to be open until 11:00pm. There's definitely other liquor stores to go to nearby, so if it's past 7, I recommend going elsewhere just in case!

Hey, Lukas Liquors was way better to begin with, let's just state that fact. Now we have a generic version of that full of employees chasing you around the store bothering you while you're trying to look at the booze. Then there's the boxes. I buy four bottles of whisky, easily $150 price range. I drive from two hours away to get here. I want a box to put my round bottles in so they won't roll around in the back of the car. They protect these boxes like they're gold. Borderline rude. It's against store policy, I've been told. On this visit, the guy said I could have a box. He selects a tiny little box without dividers and tries to cram four bottles of whisky on top of each other. Come on. Being a wise a$$ he says, "there we let you have a box". I urge corporate to address this issue. The only reason I came, was because I was in the area and wanted a rare bottle. A Total Wine rep may reply to this review stating: they hope they can do better next time. Don't reply unless you can fix the box issue. I'm spending money. I'm a customer. Give me a carton with partitions to get home. They're lying all over the front of the store. Train your employees so they at least know the store policy.

We looked in another area and found a bottle from the distillery, but not that one. He went to look at their inventory on the computer. He chatted with a couple of others, one said he thought he'd seen a bottle. Finally after a bit of effort they determine there are 5 bottles in the store. But where? He asked me to hold on while he searched the back. Five minutes later he returned, bottle in hand. I've frequented various Gomer's over the years, but rarely stop here, and did so because another liquor location that had this one in stock had depleted their cache. So home I went, successful only due to the efforts of the staff. They way it should be. Highly recommended, this location. Ample parking, all major credit cards, helpful staff.

Everyone's always been friendly and helpful between the sommelier and the crew working the registers. I had a bad experience on my most recent visit to pick up a bottle of wine. I understood and planned to swing by again later, so continued speaking to the lady. Then another employee interrupted me and very rudely told me the exact same thing the lady behind the counter just said in a way that came off as I needed to shut up and leave. That guy's level of service was so low that I probably won't be back. I have a ton of other options in the immediate area (Mike's, Total Wine, Plaza Liquor) where I've never had a bad experience like this.
