The technician arrived in the morning, was very pleasant, removed his shoes, took care around my home. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it right up, quoted me before doing so, and my freezer was fixed in under an hour, right before Christmas for $200, which I was happy to pay given that the manufacturer couldn't even do that. They also guarantee it for a year, and he gave me some great tips for fridge/freezer maintenance. Very happy!

Bathrooms big, modern, and nice. The bad: Weekend staff not very helpful. Some services are not available (cutting plexiglass for example, but that is ALL Home Depot). If you are looking for a specific piece from an appliance, they probably do not have it. The weekend shopping experience is not that great. Which is sad because it takes away from the great weekday staff.

I told him on the phone that i tought it was the ball bearing and he told me that we could just change the ball bearing. Next day i had to call back since it was almost noon and they didn't called yet. The guy came later with a ball bearing for a dryer (great! They really listen to you when you talk to them) ... He opened the washer and told me it it was probably the pulley and would come back with the piece during the week. The guy never came back or bothered to call since then, and it has been 3 weeks now. The faulty piece was indeed the ball bearing but it is part of the external drum. This business is highly amateur and a rip off. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Unless you want to waste your money and be told total bullshit.

In the winter I ordered one and they called me in the spring when it arrived. I brought the plant I wanted transplanted in the new pot and they did it free of charge. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The plant selection varies every time i go in. If you like plants then this store will become your favourite.
