Liquid Web has an amazing support staff. If we call, we always get to someone that can help immediately and if we submit a ticket for an issue or a question, we usually get the right response in minutes. Every time their team has seemed to go above and beyond to help with support. It's been a few years and the support has been solid. Slower servers than most, the support staff is fine, but when you want a full backup scheme, it's expensive compared to others. Found a different service with backups included (30 minutes, 30 days), solid state drives, and great support for slightly more than the price LW offers for a comparable drive-based system. Liquid Web describes their affiliate programs "most lucrative" and "generous." We've looked elsewhere for additional servers and found more value for our money, and instead of handing more commissions to our consultant, we get more server for our money. read more
