Customer service is horrible. Booked in for the boiler service (Friday), waited for engineer all…read moreday (wasted) never turned up, no notification etc. Phoned 24/7 next day (Saturday), promised to get a call back with a few hours... Nothing! Phoned again (Monday)on the next day, told they Investigate it and offer the service in 3 weeks time. Which I didn't accept and asked to cancel my policy. Next day got a phone call and offer me the service on Friday, I accept. 2-3 notifications/reminders on Thursday... Friday morning waiting for engineer... 11:30 got a phone call from 24/7 the job cancel and ask me to rebook in 2 weeks time... Told the guy to cancel my boiler cover policy as I had enough (2 days and hours of phone calls wasted) his reply was "horrendous" "Sorry we messed up twice, but the 3rd time definitely will be lucky and engineer will come" . I had to push him to cancel my policy, he put me on hols for 7 mins (hoping I hung up) and only after cancel the policy. No idea how the get 4.6 here... 1.6 is maximum on other review websites. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Outrageous rip-off…read more Signed a ten year service agreement with StayWarm. Didn't read the small print. After 3 years sold the property. Now, they want a penalty for cancellation of £70 per year of the agreement - in other words around £500!! Can't see how this is ethical practice.
