I wish I heeded the advice of other reviewers here about their billing. I specifically verified…read morewith their office several times that they accept both my current insurance and the one we would change to in a month before setting up appointments for my child. Today I received a bill with the full amount due, as they now deny ever accepting the new insurance provider which I verified with them at the beginning. I received a call from the Director trying to argue they never took that insurance, despite my clear memory of speaking with the intake person/receptionist. There is a great speech therapist there, but he is leaving this business fortunately.
