No respect whatsoever for patients' time, or for appointment times, it's total chaos. Had an apptmt for the threadlift, left work early and booked entire pm for that. Lex texts RIGHT before my appointment to ask for my intake forms which I had filled meticulously ten days prior. She said she " can't find them, we didn't receive them ". EVERY professional clinic has reached out THE DAY BEFORE if there was any issue with the form. I told her I could sign the main docs when I'm there because I needed to get in the car. Drove 5 min, she texts me saying " we will have to reschedule you, dr had an emergency ". Nono no... YOU messed up because of terrible mgmt, YOU failed to fix YOUR mistake by offering a same day solution, then YOU LIED about so called emergency which - oops! - occurred right during the 10 minutes between your first text and the last one. Now why was it canceled? Because they don't want to risk performing a procedure without protecting themselves from legal issues. These people just suck and have no qualms about insulting patients' intelligence. The Dr is a regular family physician and obviously has no clue about how to run an office. Btw she will do her best to sell you her treatment with her " new Korean radiofrequency machine ". It's " new ", no one has heard of it, it it supposed to work the same way as Ultherapy for the same price. She claims she's had it done herself. If I'm going to invest $1500 for neck radiofrequency treatment, no thank you I'd go for Ultherapy. The clinic is being advertised as a " plastic surgery clinic " which if false. I can't even explain how great my experience was with Dr Kin Yee and his team. From the second I got there they made me feel seen, safe, and comfortable. I was literally vibing and singing Beyoncé during my surgery because that's how chill and positive everything felt. The staff was so sweet and funny and made sure I was okay the whole time. Dr Kin Yee is so kind and understanding, and he's also very honest and real with you while still being super respectful and caring. I could tell he really knows what he's doing and that he actually cares about his patients, especially trans patients like me. The whole thing didn't even feel like a surgery, it felt like a medspa treatment honestly. After surgery the care was just as good.
