I went with my wife on a Groupon for 2 facials. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, we were treated very rudely by the owner, who asked who booked us so early in the morning. We had called ahead to make sure we could do both facials on the same day and they said 'yes'. But when we arrived, the woman in charge said 'no'. She totally marketed her business in poor fashion, complaining to us that they make no money from the Groupons. The whole idea of doing a Groupon promotion is to elicit a good experience and get repeat customers. Instead, she totally turned us off and we'll never come back. Too bad. read more

I was hesitant at first so I asked my sister's friend, who is starting her med school residency for plastic surgery, and she said Lipo Light works. Followed all the instructions, made my appointment and filled out the forms. When I got there for my 1st appointment, they took the before pictures, measured me and gave me the educational background before we got started. Everyone I've dealt with there is also super nice and the facility is clean. I've never had a problem with street parking either (but I usually go super early in the morning). As for the Lipo Light itself, I lost 1.5 inches after 3 sessions and could definitely see a difference. There was little preliminary consultation and very little space to detail my at home skin care routine. The worst was they provide no robes or comfies to change in to! I came here because I was curious: it's non-invasive, it's quick, painless and I had a groupon. Before your session they measure you so you can see your results. They also take pictures (I wish they didn't do this, who wants someone else to have bad-lighting shots of your thighs?) but those pics apparently don't go anywhere, so that's good... To my surprise, I lost nearly an inch in my first session from my thighs and waist-line. I couldn't really tell in the mirror there and then, but after going home, doing some cardio and then checking again the next day, there really was a noted difference. I think this treatment works well for those who just have a few problem areas, I'm not sure this could really work if you were very overweight, but they do provide nutritional guidance and ask their clients to drink a lot of water and to exercise, so these things are going to help anyone lose weight. The place is nice and the people who work there are friendly. My one complaint would be the pricing. They will do deals and I thought about signing up until they offered me a deal that was $30 more per session than what I heard them offer the woman before me. I wondered if I just look like I could afford more because it was for the same # of sessions. I didn't like being sized up like that and I am also not convinced that at 5'7" and 135 pounds, I need 6 sessions. All that said, I would go again. I had been researching have a tummy tuck or liposuction for a few years and came across a Groupon for lipo light South Bay so I figured I'd try it. I'm one of those people where seeing is believing so I was impressed after my first session I ahd already lost 1/4 in on my left thogh and 1/2 in on my right. After my third session I had lost 1 inch off my stomache and 1/2 in of both thighs. I bought 3 more sessions and after my last session I had lost 2 inches off my stomache and 1 inch off both of my thighs. I definitley think this is worth it, plus using the vibraslim after for the full 20 minutes really helps. But, you must drink plenty of of water and do not eat 2 hours before or after to get the maximum benefits. If you do even more exercise the day of your sessions and the next that helps even more. ONe more small tip is to not eat red meat or high sugary foods the day before your sessions as red meat tends to keep your fat from disolving I learned.
