If your lucky enough to earn their time with a return call they are curt and rude on the phone and don't identify themselves but when you speak to manager Alvin he won't believe you because he knows that person and it's not their character. My advice is pay off your amount as quickly as possible to be done with these people and if you pay any amount over, count it as a loss and just wait on your satisfied letter in 2 weeks. If you get it, dance a jig, if you don't go to the courthouse and file a motion to satisfy with all your bank statements and let the judge do their jobs for them. I would rather get another 3 hour root canal in a 100 degree weather with no AC on no meds than deal with their customer service department again.
