She was finally able to get the rest of her money back minus the 2k. Come to find out from other lawyers this is common, and she will refuse to take a case that will go to trail. So dont bother taking a high conflict custody battle to this woman. She will leave you high and dry while setting you up for failure. The judge has not made a decision yet, so I am not sure how they know that I will be denied. And if they knew I would be denied all along, why did they take my case in the first place? If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have used a different law firm that wanted to win. So fair warning that this is the kind of treatment this firm gives the vulnerable population. Not sure how they sleep at night.
