We waited nearly a year on missing window screens, missing door stops, sloppy painting that still has not been addressed. We've had water run-off problems since moving in, and when we tried to get it addressed on our eleven month warranty list, we were told that it should have been addressed before closing. Our patio is covered with red mud after any significant rainfall, and we're told that we should have brought it up prior to closing. Buyer beware!

The only difference between the classes was that one was a little smaller than the other, but still comfortable. Ms. Jan was our instructor and I highly recommend her. She plainly set class expectations in the beginning and kept the class on task for the entire two-weeks. She was very good at highlighting important information about real estate rules, law, and prepared us for what would be on the exam. Her classroom management skills are stellar.
