The funny thing about Italy and Sicily, some of the restaurants can be fickle. The staff are there and could kind of care less about helping a foreigner. Not at Tiffany's. You can tell this is a family restaurant where they care about the artisanship of crafting food for generations. They do this for the love of it. The owner came out and explained everything on the menu to help us. I ended up telling him I wanted his best pizza with meat. Twenty minutes later out came the most perfect sausage and mushroom neapolitan wood fired pizza I have ever had in my life. It literally melted in my mouth. Seriously, if you are within 30-45 minuets of Enna, come here and try it. You will not be disappointed. Places like this keep me coming back to Italy. SERIOUSLY!
