They didn't have a property that accommodated our family so I was told by Rick and Andrea that they spoke with the owners and we could change our lease from a 2 year to a 1 year and we could move out. Ok great! We began to move out. Prior to us leaving Rick asked if I would allow people to come and view the property sure. I didn't care I wanted out because the mold was making my kids sick. After moving out and doing the final walk through with Rick he said everything was good I handed over the keys and left. Now after over 30 days I called and spoke with Ryan who is now the property manager that we did not receive our deposit back. Due to fees associated to us moving out. I assured Ryan I had spoken with Rick and Andrea and I was told we would not have any issues and with getting our deposit back as long as the property was in good condition. I also expressed to them I was trying to avoid having to take legal matters and add medical fees and more due to this issue. I had been battling them with the flooding and mold for the entire time I was a tenant. Conveniently every time I call Rick not Andrea is in the office. I'm so frustrated and I've had to do this with our previous landlord and took them to court and won our deposit and more because of how they ran a business. I was trying to avoid having it do it again. I've called and left messages no one returns calls you have to call multiple times. I don't understand how a company can run a successful business like this. It's sad some people don't know their tenant rights. Please before you rent from them or hire them know that they are a for profit company and care about the dollar over morals. I will update this review after the legal proceedings. Here are a few pictures of the condition of our basement. That we paid for monthly and was told it was a livable space. After mailing a certified letter of 14 day to return deposit or going to court. I was finally contacted by Rick and he confirmed what we had previously discussed and apologized for Ryan not knowing the situation. I will be getting my deposit back. It's sad that it had to come to this but I'm glad it has been rectified.

However, we wish we had read the reviews before signing with him to manage a single rental home. We had issues from the start when the contract was different than the terms discussed on the phone. It took significant time and effort to rectify while the house sat vacant. Numerous emails and voice mails remained unanswered once the contract was signed to get any kind of update on activity. We cancelled our contract and marketed the home ourselves. Within 3 days we had dozens of interested parties and nealy a dozen applicants. The home was rented quickly. We had placed $100 in our PMI account for future expenses when we signed the initial contract. We have repeatedly tried to contact Jeremy for that to be returned to us and have received no response. He signs his email "doing whatever it takes to earn your business". What a joke!

Ok my wife found this mobile home/RV park by searching google and we were having a hard time…read morefinding anyplace with space available close to fort Leavenworth and the Kansas City area. The park is in a easy location to get to off the highway. My only issue with the park is the slabs are not very level and was a tight squeeze for a big RV tow behind. The RV sights are in the front of the park which made it easy to come and go. The sight has sewer, 30/50 amp service and water (don't know pressure but we us a regulator anyways). The amenities are not the best compared to some parks but the office manager was amazing and very accommodating. I would recommend this park for any traveler looking to explore the Kansas City area. And will stay here again when in the area.

This organization changed management in the last two years and has went from a great soccer club to one of the worst in the areas. Referees all left at the same time and new referees cannot even make proper calls on the field. Refs argue with kids and parents on sideline rather than focusing on game. Kids used to be afforded socks and shorts and a new jersey and now being asked to reuse jerseys from previous years and parents must now take jerseys to get their own number on jersey and guess what...the price for registration keeps going up with no added value, only takeaways. I'd recommend rec ball at lake Shawnee, Shawnee parks and rec or sportszone until this organization changes management and learns how to run a soccer club.
