Met some of my best friends here, my apartment was cozy and compact, I could work on my master thesis in the study lounges (ok fine and watch a makeup tutorial or two in between), Netflix and chill (not in a dirty way haha) in the community lounges and the LL guys are darlings! Location was a few minutes from Webster and everything was within reach including stores, the subway and my fave cafe Balthasar! Non-German speakers watch out for terms in your contract that you never agreed to orally in another language before signing your tenancy agreement. Even if you ask for translation of the main terms of the contract, it does not mean they will include everything relevant. They relied on such terms to keep my deposit. In addition, what they were claiming that I owed them was less than actual deposit; but in any case they kept the whole amount of the deposit, without any notification. Also - They mixed up twice my name with another tenant and were asking for payment of rent that I had already paid. No internet connection for two weeks in certain floors; when asking for explanation, they were referring us to the internet provider which does not reply if you do not speak German. 1 star just for the apartment's bathroom - it is a nice one. read more

Why would you ever live here? The layout of the studios is a bit strange. My biggest concern as a female when I am home alone, there is no peephole or chain lock on the apartment door so if someone knocks on your door you have no idea who it is. This also is not represented well in the online pictures, but studio units have complete glass doors on the bathroom. Not an issue most of the time, but a bit strange if you ever have guests over. While the apartments are expensive, everything is new and clean. The rent does include all utilities and internet, which there were issues with connectivity the first few months I was here though they seem to have been resolved. This is where the good things stop though and especially DO NOT bother renting a unit with a balcony. The balconies are not remotely private & your neighbors will be smoking so frequently that you can barely even use the balcony or even open your ONLY WINDOW [If it is a studio unit at least]. Despite the apartment rules saying there are designated smoking areas, you can smoke in the apartments apparently. The smell of smoke is thick even the hallways are already reek of it despite this being a new building. The staff seem nice enough, but seem improperly trained and unprofessional. If you make a complaint, you have to make it multiple times before they do something. If they misunderstand your complaint, they won't bother following up with you and just wait for you to complain again. Even though they promise to address noise issues, they will tell your neighbors you specifically complained and then you will proceed to get a bunch of awkward notes under your door as your neighbors proceed to blame each other. read more

Bad service, arrogant and unprofessional people from CAPERA Immobilien, if you have a problem you must ask and beg a few times and maybe after you confront them and reach an absurd level they respond in an arrogant disrespectful way. I moved out 2 months ago and still did not get my deposit back, although everything was more than ok when I gave the room back. It's very expensive, many things don't function properly, you will be ripped off! Don't go there unless you have NO OTHER choice! And there are many other! read more

An absolute SCAM!! I have choose zero stars because the level of the service is zero. Management is arrogant and unprofessional. Apartments have many defects but they cannot be modified, the light filters from the window and no suitable curtains no blinders are provided, just to provide an example. Most important, you will never receive back your deposit. read more

I am surprised to read negative comments posted here, because I am extremely satisfied with the services and especially happy with the staff. The internet has been problematic here and there, yes, the elevators can be slow at times, yes, but overall the apartments are beautiful, new, clean and the location of the buiding is fantastic. I find the layout of the studio also superb, I have reorganized mine a bit and with a bit of creativity you can truly make it feel like it is a perfect studio apartment. :) The rent is high, yes, but what I get in exchange is worth it: no further bills, I can order packages online and the staff takes it on my behalf in the office, there are some other nice people in the building to hang out, the rooftop view is gorgeous, the apartment is furnished, the bathroom is like a 5 star hotel, and just generally, I feel really good in my apartment in this building. I have always found the staff to be highly professional, even though it is clear that they have constantly a million things to do -- I guess they could hire an additional staff member and then the response time would be faster, but again, I do not find it problematic. I always feel like they care about me, they always have a nice word to me and I really enjoy living in a small studio so close to the city center. Overall: I would definitely recommend it! It is not a perfect place, but it is definitely one of your best options in Vienna if you want to rent an apartment for less than 3 years (potentially for longer, too, but the contract gives you much mroe flexibility due to the minimum stay of 6 months, which I have not found anywhere else for other contracts in Vienna). :-) read more
