She berates you for things she says you have to do, but that you don't want to do and is like a used car salesman...trying to get you to do extra things besides what you have called about. I have stopped going to this clinic anymore because of her. She has no right to talk to clients that way. She needs to be respectful. In all my years of taking my dogs and cats to veterinarians this is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go back. She is absolutely horrible.
