I LOVED looking around at all of the items. I bought placemats and tea towels for home and for gifts for my family for Christmas. I would absolutely come back when looking for napkins (to match the placemats!), towels, and especially quilts. They had a huge selection of quilts, including many handmade master pieces. While not in my budget right now, I felt the prices were fair for the amount of work that goes into quilting. There were also simpler, machine made quilts that were more affordable (less than 100$). Spent a good amount of time browsing and quite enjoyed it. Would come back. read more

Stunning quality of products and HUGE selection. They also offer a military discount (10%)! They had Christmas stuff out and I was blown away by the set up. We ended up purchasing a winter themed set for our bedroom (179 before discount) that included two pillow shams. It is one of the softest quilts I had ever felt in my life. They have rows upon rows of quilts you can choose from and on top of that, they have walls of pillows to match! The coolest thing I saw in there were the light up Christmas PILLOWS! Not a store that that can even greet customers when they come through the door. Was never once acknowledged while looking around, and that was half the reason we didn't stay long. Just rude, when there's hardly anyone in your store anyway. The other half being that it's a lot of kitschy, plastic wrapped, outdated offerings. Will not be back, no thank you! read more

This is an amazing store. It's loaded with hundreds of gorgeous quilts I'm guessing at the number but there were lots and lots of them in the back room. However, there weren't just quilts. There were many different types of linens from runners to towels to napkins. It's an fabulous store to browse through and loaded with lots of great items to take back with you. read more

Tin Type Ceiling. Quilts adorning walls. Outside street facing displays. It's a cute little corner shop home to a long ago Victorian business. And the best news, they didn't modernize ANY of the architectural features. Drink in the dark woods, soaring ceiling and grandness of what a retail space was. And yes! They sell quilts, home furnishing / accents and fabric. The store is divided into two areas, guessing this is owing to the prior business that occupied the space, and a removed separation. The store spills out in organized chaos and cuteness with quality items for hostess or me gifts. Ie. quilted placemats, coffee mugs and decorative dish towels. And really cute stuffed animals $45 + and more suited to a sophisticated Christmas display. Come! This is a great little shop. Quality. And maybe you will find something to make someone's day bright and your wallet lighter! read more

If you are looking to buy sheets, I would not recommend this store. My aunt purchased superior sheet set for $199.00, and was disappointed. The sheets appear to be for a full size bed instead of queen size . The pocket measured 14" and opposite end measured 13". She texted owner and sent pictures showing the fitted sheet didn't fit. It seems that Mr Richardson tried to convince her that a 14" pocket will fit a 18" mattress. The pictures tell it all. She send pictures of sheets on mattress and also with measuring tape showing mattress is 12" with pillow top 15". (Not 18") She has not received response . I call it BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would expect the man would appreciate a customer bringing to his attention the product and would check with vendor. I have looked at the pictures and not good. who knows!,, maybe he sold her defected sheets! read more

If you were looking for an actual place to buy a quilt you can stop looking. I walked to the upstairs of this little shop to find an entire wall of perfectly displayed beautiful quilts. This was exactly what I was looking for! I was able to find the perfect King size quilt at a fair price and touch it first to make sure it was the feel I was looking for. I love love love this kind of quilt store! If you are quilt shopping in Fredericksburg this is where you need to be. read more

Do not buy anything online from this business. They charge a "stocking fee" for a return (20% of purchase price - an outrage!) plus you pay to return the item and the shipping they paid to send it to you is deducted from your total purchase amount. Don't trust the photos online either. The colors were way off from what arrived. So despite this issue of the photo/color not being my fault I paid and big - to the tune of $50+! An outrage but they would not bug on "their policy." Never again will I buy from them and I encourage others to do the same. read more
