He was a super nice guy as well. The day of the event he was professional, very flexible in the face of lots of cooks in the kitchen, clearly knew what he was doing, and really nice to work with. He knew how to compose shots and make them look great. But most important, the pictures came out wonderful! Best part is, they came to me. (I paid $40 extra for them to travel outside the zone-totally worth it). Baby bear was fresh and fed just as she arrived. Melissa was friendly, professional and prepared. I felt comfortable with her in my home and handling my 9-day old. my gallery was available only a week later and every shot was high quality and perfect. I like that they give you the retouched digital prints so I can share with family and they can print what they'd like on their own.
