I asked for very minor edits after seeing the final results and, in response, she wrote me an extremely unprofessional email claiming that her work was "flawless" and she would not be editing them for me. She charged us almost 600.00 for the session! I couldn't believe the email that she sent me, too - sounded more like it came from an angry teenager than a grown woman with her own business. She cares more about her ego than your satisfaction.
