While looking at my skin, the provider asked my main concern, I responded hydration - She replied she would do a moisturizing facial. NO red flag there until I checked out and there was a $30 dollar up-charge for the moisture! In spas I am happy to do add-ons, but this was shady as no mention of an additional cost was stated and whatever, if anything, that was added on was inconsequential. The Hand & Stone Broomall is such an easy location for me that even with a facial that was lacking I was going to book a massage, maybe that would be better. They were aggressive with their membership sales and I had enough and left. I had overheard while waiting that the location had new ownership beginning in May.
