Wanted to charge over $700 for digital prints, which included the sitting fee. After haggling a little she finally came down to $450 total, all we got was 39 digital photos and a crappy little 3 x 5 proof book. The only reason I paid her at all is because a picture of my kids turned out really good and we wanted to use it for an xmas card. Here is an even bigger reason to not use this company. After we paid we never heard from her, my wife tried emailing and calling their office number more than a handful of times. I finally got involved and tried emailing, even reached out on FB and no response. I finally had to call and leave a message letting her know we would be canceling the credit card if we didn't receive the proof book, which I thought was going to be much cooler than it actually was. That is when I received an email from her, telling me the proof book was just put in mail and to "Stop harassing her". I couldn't believe it, paid this crappy lady $450 and just wanted what we paid for and she says I am harassing her. I would definitely stay away from this person and her company. She will sound very nice and sweet up front but is a terrible person.
