This is for the service department. Make sure, I repeat make sure that when you request a diagnosis, they do a full one and let you know in writing everything that is wrong with your vehicle. Do not mention any particular issues or they will disregard to do a full diagnostic. Took in my Jeep for an oil leak, and requested a diagnostic (airbag light goes on and off for the past few years but never long enough so they can see it). I was told it had a leak (Yes, because I mentioned it) and the gasket was replaced. Spent over $1,000 on it and everything else "looked great". Three months later the Jeep is leaking oil again and the airbag light is still going off. I asked about it and according to the service department "because I did not request for them to check into it during the diagnostic, I need to pay again". This may sound common sense, but requesting a diagnostic doesn't mean you will to be told if there were any underlying issues with your vehicle. Apparently to them, if you state the issue you're having-the diagnostic only covers that area. I stated my car had an oil leak --so they only looked at that disregarding any potential dangers my vehicle had with the airbag. So- If you want a full diagnostic of your vehicle: don't say anything and let them do a full diagnosis of the vehicle to inform you of everything! Do not mention any particular concerns or they will only do that. I am very surprised they let you drive knowing of possible hazards that could easily be prevented. Bottom line up front: take your vehicle elsewhere. Sellers Sexton is fantastic and they even wash your car. I took our jeep in for services on Monday, February the 15th and asked them to repair the 4WD cable and look at the check engine light. They promptly called and told me what the issues were and that the part I needed (4WD shift cable) would arrive in 4 days, expected around February 19th. The part didn't arrive then and my jeep was not ready until March 11th. They quoted $400ish for the 4WD cable replacement and close to $500 for the ABS module which caused the check engine light. When I picked up my jeep, they insisted on charging me an additional $72 for their technician to scan for codes since I didn't let them replace the ABS module. To be honest, I elected to not have the ABS module replaced because of the additional exorbitant cost and told them they could do that later...it wasn't like I was taking my jeep somewhere else and I was about to spend $499 on a 4WD cable repair with them. I still gave them my business. Maybe I was being naive for assuming that they would be a little bit flexible on the diagnostic charge (that Autozone will do for free) considering I was still going to pay them quite a bit of money to fix the 4WD cable and bring it back for the ABS issue. I was wrong. This is the second time I've been burned by their service department. I know there are good folks working there but I can't fathom returning. I won't be back and encourage you to find another place, ANY other place to service your vehicle. read more

Very disappointed with the service department. I would give the dealership a one star if it were not for a really great salesman named Rick who sold me my new Ram Laramie. Two bad experiences with service, however, over shadowed Rick. Rude, condescending, unprofessional and just completely unfamiliar with the products the sell is how I found service personnel. Both at the desk and in the shop, the culture seems to be "pick their pockets and get rid of them". Labor rate is $125 per hour. For example, I asked them over the phone how to disable "ParkSense" so it would not constantly buzz a warning when I was off-road in tall grass checking livestock. They said bring the truck in so we can look at it. That's a three hour drive for me one way. No doubt minimum labor rate applies. My neighbor finally showed me the on/off buttons on the dash board for controlling the ParkSense sensors. Maybe, they were just going to charge me a dumb fee. I will not bother them again. read more

Never had an issue with the service dept. I recently bought another Jeep. The salesman treated me with respect and didn't BS me.

My car was brought here after my mechanic had exhausted all options in his shop. My car sat for more than one day where I was calling repeatedly for updates. I never even received a call that they had my vehicle. I authorized 2 hours of diagnostic time and when it was finally picked up they had added a new key despite letting me know they were warrantying the other parts involved. Upon my arrival to pick up the vehicle, the exterior was absolutely filthy. Having previously sold cars for a Mercedes-Benz dealership I was shocked at the level of customer service I experienced. Not only did my car not receive a wash despite sitting on their lot for 3 hours between letting me know it was done, and my arrival I had notified them of, it was not washed. Upon walking in, my service manager, Sunshine, did not explain anything to me about my car. I was not even walked to my vehicle. I was left to walk their lot until I saw it. I was then dumped on the cashier to pay my bill. Customer service at this service department is appalling. I will be warning all of my fellow Dodge owners to stay as far away from this service department as possible. read more

I'm going to start by saying I don't ever write reviews. Most people only write reviews when they've had a bad experience but I would be doing a disservice if I don't write about my good experience. My Jeep was in for a warranty covered repair and the part had been delayed. I scheduled a rental car for a week to cover me while the Jeep was down, expecting it to take less time than that. Due to the delay of the part, a week had passed and my rental was due back. As a single father and a Drill Sergeant, I needed wheels. My only option was to extend my rental, adding on to the $300 I had already spent on it for the week. Much to my surprise however, I spoke to Sunshine from the service department who without hesitation offered me a loaner car!!! I didn't beg, or tell her a sob story or anything. My Jeep is almost 5 years old, well outside of its standard warranty, I didn't purchase it from them nor did I have any sort of contract stating I was owed a loaner car. Just good customer service and a friendly, considerate staff turned my gloomy situation into a stress free one. She went even further to say, if the Jeep isn't done today, I can keep the vehicle over the weekend. Hats off to Sunshine, Nikki, Jimmy, and the rest of the service department.
