This past Christmas was different. I ordered a sweater and paid for gift wrapping. The sweater arrived before Christmas and was of good quality. Unfortunately, the sweater was not gift wrapped. While the lack of gift wrapping was not a big deal, I had paid extra for it, so I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee on 21 December. I was informed the company would respond within 24 hours. Ten days later, there was no response, so I sent the request again on 31 December. Ten days later, the company sent the shipping tracking number. I was not questioning the shipping; the goods had been received. For the third time over more than three weeks, I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee. While the fee was finally refunded, I received no response from the company at all. The true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Oslo Sweater Shop has no commitment to customer service.

I returned a shirt that had NOT been worn (only tried on) It had NOT been washed. The price tag was removed because it was gift. I returned the shirt with the price tag and receipt. They would not take it back due to the price tag not being attached. I asked to speak to a manager. "no you can not" Can you at least tell me your name so I can tell Zara care who I spoke to? "No I can not do that" I have purchase many things from Zara and this was my first return. This is not the Zara I have come to know and love. The experience left me extremely angry and I will never visit another Zara store again: 1) very inefficient allocation of store space 2) queues are lining up in ever place in the store 3) it's not allowed to try womens clothings in the mens fittingroom. especially problematic when the queue is as long as it usually is in the womens fitting room in this store 4) I stood 40 minutes to exchange an item 4a) exchanged an item because the quality sucked.
