The styles are somewhat like H&M, but alittle more casual. The only thing I didn't like with this location that the fitting rooms were not in the back, it was in the middle of the store. Almost a month later when I got the email it shipped I was informed that the jade plugs were actually out of stock and I received a 15$ gift card. This is poor customer service. I would have rather taken a refund. When i received my lotus hanger I found out that in fact it wasn't sold in pairs. Why would you sell something that is almost always a pair as an individual? That is merely just frustrating. To replace my jade plugs that I was informed were sold out I ordered another set of a different kind. Only to find out when I received them they are far bigger than the normal 7/16" sizes and will not fit at all. Overall Im extremely disappointed with what I've received and the lack of customer service. I normally don't write reviews on products but these items were not cheap.

This past Christmas was different. I ordered a sweater and paid for gift wrapping. The sweater arrived before Christmas and was of good quality. Unfortunately, the sweater was not gift wrapped. While the lack of gift wrapping was not a big deal, I had paid extra for it, so I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee on 21 December. I was informed the company would respond within 24 hours. Ten days later, there was no response, so I sent the request again on 31 December. Ten days later, the company sent the shipping tracking number. I was not questioning the shipping; the goods had been received. For the third time over more than three weeks, I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee. While the fee was finally refunded, I received no response from the company at all. The true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Oslo Sweater Shop has no commitment to customer service.

If you find yourself in need of a goth outfit whilst visiting Oslo this is possibly the only shop where you could find it. Lots of black and red with occasional splashes of pink on the racks. T-shirts, PVC, jewellery, fake hair, accessories and anything goth you might need can be found here. Don't let the staff put you off entering the premises or purchasing anything, I think being surly and intimidating is part of their training. For what it is, it's a fairly good shop. They really could work on customer service and 'service with a smile' but then it wouldn't do their image any good to appear too happy, would it?
