It appears that they have added on other health center (i.e. the heart and vascular wing). They have a visitor check in center, so everyone is screened before going up to the patient areas. I think that is a good idea. There is a pharmacy, gift shop, and lounge area on the first floor. There is a cafeteria on the lower level. It was easy to find the rooms. There are some nice amenities in the lounge area, food, games, and even a phone charging station. Lots of attentive nursing staff throughout the area. Plenty of specialists, ranging from food service, cleaning staff, and imaging technicians. Everyone has a specialty. The nursing staff were very professional. In addition everyone that we came in contact with expressed care and empathy. They were doing their best to give everyone the right amount of attention. The patients are giving a food menu to order meals from. There's a decent selection, for all 3 different meals. You can get breakfast all day long. They deliver the food is a reasonable amount of time, and it's still warm. It took a very long while to see any of the doctors and finally get released.

This is never fun, but they had a nice open waiting room. The pre- and post- operative rooms are tiny, but clean and private. Every staff member was attentive and kind and helpful. I particularly wanted to shout out Christina (Cash) and Jennifer N, who were amazing. They helped decrease my anxiety greatly. The timing was on point and I was in and out on schedule. I will certainly schedule at this facility again.

She got a bed sore there, got a bladder infection, her feet swole back up because she wasn't receiving proper therapy or help!! From the insect problems to the elderly lady that does activities that yell at the clients and snatch things out of their hands. Why isn't anyone reporting the elderly abuse? If they wanted to they can't even get seconds because Valerie which is the social worker takes all the food home. I watch a client fall outside and no one from the campus came outside to help her get up. My mom was so full of BM that I could smell it as soon as they brought her to me. I can't speak for the childcare side but the Adult side is horrible. I asked to speak with the director multiple times and the lady that has the office at the front comes out saying I'm her sister how can I help, you're not who I need. I can't remember how many times I asked the staff to keep my mother things together do they no. That campus and staff is a complete joke. All they want is your money without providing great care. The young lady that did our tour was so sweet and nice but she no longer is there. I wish I could remember her name. Not all of them are bad it's just the rooms upstairs those lady's have the nastiest attitude. Please don't send anyone you love to the Bucyrus Campus
