He and the team took the time to come over, give us an honest estimate of what the market was (selling around the holidays wasn't ideal) and we could expect. Would definitely recommend him again and if you know of anyone who needs a great team that will be your partner through the process, please call David!

We interviewed three realtors and Lisa stood out as super positive, knowledgeable, and determined. Lisa listened to what we wanted and never steered us wrong. As a result, we were able to buy just the right house in our ideal neighborhood at a great price. She is still providing advice and contacts as needed, several months after buying the house. We are so glad we chose Lisa and her team -- we'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!

The white glove service offered by Julie and the entire BTT team is second to none. Their knowledge of the local real estate and the surrounding communities are above par and their suggestions for pricing and staging are more accurate than all the other realtors we interviewed. We were impressed that Brian accompanied Julie on her initial meeting with us - it shows a level of commitment not practice by many realty companies. The excellent service continued through the entire process and even after closing. I must also commend Julie for providing personal assistance to my wife when I was out of town and my wife came down with the flu. As far as I am concerned - they are unmatched in service, caring and execution.

I researched several agents and even met a few in person but Kimberly stood out from the rest. We had a long discussion and everything she said she would do, she did. First impressions mean everything to me and when she delivered on customer service and actually helped us make a great offer on our home we were so happy. At the time, my husband was working in Afghanistan so he was only home for two weeks on leave. I'm so glad my husband was home to help me find the perfect home for us. We moved into our home April 2013. Her staff is awesome. I can't think of one time that someone wasn't available to answer questions or show us homes. The process was very smooth and I didn't stress at all. It's hard enough when you have a spouse that's away but knowing that Kimberly was on my side gave me peace of mind that she would get the job done and she did. My husband and I decided to move to Texas in April 2014. What better person to call to help us get our house on the market than Kimberly Keenan. We called Kimberly in March 2013 and explained our upcoming move and she put our home on the market the end of March and the very first weekend that our home went on the market we had four offers by Sunday. We closed on our home less than a month. We didn't think our home would sell that fast. Kimberly did a great job of walking through our home and helping us stage to perfection. You can't go wrong With Keenan Realty if you are buying or selling. We even considered moving back to Colorado a few times but if we ever do Kimberly will be the one we call to help us purchase another home. Kimberly keep up the great work. We can't thank you enough for all you have done.

We moved here to Colorado 4 years ago from Southern California and I was referred to them by the Chamber of Commerce (that should tell you something right there). Bob immediately picked up the phone and I began describing to him what kind of home we were looking for, price range, etc... and that initial call must have lasted over an hour. He then asked if Cheryl could call me and she did and proceeded to spend about another hour with me really honing in on what it was I was looking for. We decided to come to Parker to visit and met them and they spent the better part of 3 days in a row showing us over 40 houses. At the end of it all, we had NOT found our "perfect house" although many came very close. With that in mind, we told them once we landed back in LA that we needed to rent for a while and that eventually, we would buy from them (that was a hard phone call for sure because we felt so bad about taking so much of their time). Bob, in the most calm voice and a true gentlemen said, "All we want is for you to be happy" and left it at that and offered his services to even help us find a rental. Speed up a few months and we did find a rental and Bob and Cheryl even went to go check it out for us and make sure it was everything we were wanting and get this--- when we pulled into town on October 4th, 2011, guess who went to PICK UP THE KEYS FOR US? Yup! Bob and Cheryl and we swung by their office to get the keys to our RENTAL!! About 6 months later, we purchased our current home from them and recently, bought another rental as well from them. They are the kindest, most compassionate people you will ever hope to meet and we are so proud to know them and call them our friends!

As parents of a young child, we appreciated her knowledge of the local schools and school districts. As a local alumna and mother herself, she was able to provide us with current, first-hand experiences and a historical perspective. While touring homes she was excellent with our child, giving my wife and me uninterrupted time to view properties and deliberate. We relied on her knowledge of remodeling and renovations for cost estimates while shopping and recommended service providers after going under contract. Perhaps most importantly we always felt as though she was advocating on our behalf. She advised and negotiated for us. She earned my respect and trust by recommending that we walk away from a house during inspection negotiations when it would have been so easy for her to push through the deal and get her commission.
