I got lucky with parking right away, so can't speak to how packed it gets but there seems to be a structure for parking. It was pretty full from what I could see. Lots of food in the area, and people walking around. Cute mall and area! If you want Bottega, LV or other brands, there's a shopping center about a mile away that you probably want to drive vs walk to.

I've never ran into any issues or problems at Bellevue Square. I love how they host events for different cultures/holiday events. Finding parking is always easy! And comparing this place to other malls, there's never been any huge incidents or any violent mishaps like (shootings). Bellevue Square always feels safe!

Service was fine at Woods Coffee and The Container Store; not great, not bad. I was happy that Woods Coffee had Kombuchas for sale, and my Kombucha that I bought there was pretty good. The price was decent for it too, Kombuchas are not super cheap even when buying them at the grocery store, so for a coffee shop in a mall-like area I was satisfied with the price for it. I drink Kombucha often. I love the Container Store, and I could spend hours in there. The selection was excellent. However, despite my enjoyable browsing, I just bought a load of white cardboard boxes that I had pre-ordered to make a maze/playhouse for my cat. I thought his maze/playhouse would look much nicer if I used white cardboard boxes that do not have labels all over them, rather than brown cardboard amazon boxes. Service and selection at the Paper Source were both outstanding. That was my favorite store that I visited here. I bought several items there, and felt super relaxed and welcome while in that store. Crossroads is sort of a hybrid strip and indoor mall which collectively keep itself going. Crossroads indoor portion is held up by a strong food court, it's "Public Market" with a lot of options - burgers, Mexican, Thai, sushi, Indian, Boba, Korean, Hawaiian and more. On top of that, there are plenty of seats. I'd even go so far to say that the Food Court is the main attraction here and the other stores are secondary, which include Old Navy, Hallmark and other services - Mini Library, information about Bellevue and such. The Mall itself looks kept up and seems to be doing well enough to keep going, so I say that's good. People clearly endorse it. I was here on a weekday afternoon for work. I sat down to take a rest and two separate families walked up with their children and put them in those 'coin-operated riding machines'. Moments before this happened, I asked myself "does anyone use these things anymore?". My question was answered. Crossroads is alive.

For drinks there is sideline bar, groceries and convenience - QFC and Bartell. Coffee? Starbucks. So on and so forth. Across the way there is target, famous footwear and more which is relatively close, it could be walked which is what I did when since I never needed too much at a time. There are plenty of parking spaces and fairly easy to get in and out of. Given how filled up it gets I'd say it's a convenient place as it was for me as well as the folks who regularly come here.

This place thrives because of T-Mobile's headquarter right next door, during the day, it's an invasion from the employees everywhere. Avoid lunch rushes if you're in a rush. People complain about parking, but there's plenty of parking if you just circle around a bit, since it's a pretty in and out area, somebody will be out in a minute. It's convenient for me to walk here without having to go through any crosswalk. There's 3 Starbucks within this complex, one on each side and one inside QFC. There is also an Indian grocery and a bunch of other Asian eateries here. Parking is sufficient most of the time, but many of the parking spaces are slanted and smallish. I do like that most of the rows are one-way only and that there are multiple entrances, which keeps the lots from becoming congested. All in all, it is a well-managed strip mall with many in-demand businesses in Bellevue.

It opened in 2009, originally with a Niemann Marcus anchoring. It has changed a bit during the years, with NM vacating its space in 2020 as part of its bankruptcy. That large space is currently being renovated for future retail use, but it means as of now, it is luxury brands like Prada, Gucci, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton that are the main draws. There is a Nordstrom Rack, lakeshore education store, and of course the T&T Supermarket on one end of the mall. So yes, a large selection of shopping choices with various values. The rest of the stores you must leave the actual mall to get to This includes the nearby Wal Mart and the already mentioned Amazon Fresh. Like a lot of malls nowadays there were some empty shops but hanging in there was a Verizon store, some boutiques, a luggage store, a "playtorium" for the kids and even a Red Robin that had some decent traffic, along with other stores holding on. I also came here for a haircut and the owner said that he felt pretty good about place as he'd recently moved to a better location within the mall. I don't come here for hot pot though, I love their mushroom dynamite. On weekdays, it's half priced appetizers during dinner. If the dumpling place would open on my one day off, I would have already tried it since I've heard good things, but too bad I just haven't had the chance to stop by with my schedule. Ended up walking through and enjoyed the spacious feel, lots of public walkways & seating, and decent variety of retail businesses, eateries, and there's also lodging within the vicinity. Redmond Town Center is comparable to the updated Totem Lake area in Kirkland or University Village in Seattle. Not as cramped as most regional shopping mall destinations. Useful placement of business directories throughout. Clean, well maintained, and felt safe. It has been updated to complement all the new growth and development in the downtown core.

The only visible sign said "not fully vaccinated," which raises the question: WHY are the puppies there to begin with? They shouldn't be there as a petting zoo, exposed to random dogs. There were maybe around 10 booths total, and at least 3 of them were just photo-op booths. The "doggy care" booth was especially confusing... what exactly are they even selling? Their setup also had real estate advertising mixed in. Overall, it felt poorly organized, underwhelming, and more geared toward Instagram photos than actual pet community engagement.
