He towed it to my mechanic, but when that mechanic could fix the truck in my budget, I called Scott again to have it towed to a different mechanic. Payment was super easy. His towing truck/flat bed is newer. Appreciated his kindness on a COLD COLD day, and his willingness to move the truck again to a different mechanic. I called them to see what the release fee was and when I could get my car the man on the phone told me no one was there anymore and that the fee was 303.49 and it goes by 30 a day so I asked when that starts he said it starts Saturday so I asked if they are open on weekends he said they were open weekends I asked could I sell the car to them since I may not want to pay it out he said "your piece of shit isn't worth more then 150 and we don't buy cars that are junk" When I let him know I am in the Miltary and wont get paid for over a month and I could use help he told me he doesn't care and they cant change prices or help out customers in hard spots due to "fraud". I offered to get the car then do a payback system. I called Saturday to make sure they were open on the weekend and that they took credit card he told me no they are not open on the weekend so I asked why do they charge days if you cant even get the care those days he said cause they can when I said that seems like fraud and scam he said ok. I just can't believe people can be so rude and have such scam practices as a business can be legal and allowed by law while they also act rude and make fun of you when you ask serious questions don't tow with such a rude and fraudulent business.
