You are sure to get a good workout in here. They have available lockers for people who don't want to go into the locker room out in the front by the front check-in desk. There are bathrooms everywhere. The air-conditioning here works very well! I am surprised at how good they designed this space. Some new additions they added are boxing & Pilates! I tried the Pilates today got a good workout in. I'll be doing boxing next time. The lobby area is designed as somewhat of a third space for preteens and young adults who want to come in and do some work. Its designed to give off a coworking café space. Very thoughtful. Can't wait to go back!

There are a lot of shelters for parties, volleyball nets and good parking. It's good for pets as well. People come here all year long and it's fairly relaxing. There are a few entrances 1) near the golfing center and 2) roughly near the volleyball nets 3) one off the pathway that leads to a nearby neighborhood. There is also this random pathway that is also right off the pathway but I do not know where that leads to. Nonetheless, you can travel up there with the exception of motor vehicles. It's also surrounded by a nearby busy intersection which really doesn't interfere with anything. Just a surrounding area. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes the outdoors.

The park has got a sandy area for volleyball, a large field with goals for soccer, and a court for basketball. Pretty large park. The younger crowd are there for the basketball court. Regarding the fitness machines, they have just enough machines and equipment to offer a bit of variety to your workout. The machines for working your upper body are a bit old, but they recently added a new machine to work your back muscles, so yay.. I've yet to try any classes, such as Spin or cardio, but from what I've observed, they're challenging and make you work up a sweat. The steam room and pool appears to be the superstars of SFC, as they both have a heavy rotation of users. Last but not least, the staff are pleasant and friendly, and the facility is kept clean. Overall, I like Sandridge and will continue to include this facility in my fitness routine.

Upon driving up it looks like there is a giant dome and then a "clubhouse". Inside the clubhouse was a cafe, a physical therapy room, the sauna room, cryotherapy and an area that looked like it had a lot of weights (I didn't go to that area) just saw it when I used the restroom. It appears the facility caters to baseball players but maybe anyone can use the recover services. The place was immaculately clean, the front desk staffer was so helpful. The room for the sauna/cold plunge was private and had a tv with a fire stick. I put a mediation on YouTube during my session. There was a shower available to use after the session. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.
