That said, I've been going to this Chase location for about five years, and the customer service truly is second to none. I've long been a fan of the friendly staff here. Recently, Mark went above and beyond to help me out. I was closing on the sale of a property remotely and needed multiple documents notarized (this is a service Chase provides free for its accountholders). I hadn't closely looked over the paperwork, other than the financial details, before I headed in. Once I sat down with Mark, it became clear that I should have paid them more attention. Mark was very patient with me and really went above and beyond to ensure that I walked out of there with everything properly squared away. I really appreciate the people at this location and hope Chase takes very good care of them!

In each case the banker's excuse was that they hadn't noticed they had an appointment. Seriously?? The second time they were sitting together in a cubicle while I was clearly in view waiting. One of them was taking selfies...all while I waited. I've also had the experience of a teller having her phone on the counter and using it while she completed my transaction. TERRIBLE customer service and very disrespectful. A former banker (Kevin) was always friendly and efficient and would greet me by name even if I was only using a teller window.
