After checking out many companies, I choose to go with this one for my wedding earlier this year. Firstly my driver was over half an hour late, than the champagne I had paid an extra $50 was not in the limo. Than to end my day perfectly the driver dropped us off in an industrial car park, instead of the front of the hotel, as he didn't wanna go around the block. I gave the company a chance to fix this bad experience by reporting back after the wedding, I spoke to a nice guy who said he would follow up. Of course I never heard anything again. Don't book with this company. read more

One star is more than this company deserves! Booked them for my wedding.... they turned up an hour…read moreand half late!! Taking no responsibility for ruining my wedding day. They Initially agreed to a full refund however after 7 weeks of constant phone calls and emails I am still chasing this. They have shown me absolutely no respect, ignoring all correspondence and blatantly ignoring my requests for calls back. This company has no respect for their paying customers..... I would never ever recommend them to anyone!! I have never experienced such lack of respect from all member in their team, including the Director who refuses to speak with me. I have been extremely patient with them through this whole process..... including on my wedding day however enough is enough!........
