This is the second time we have gone back to work with Maryam. Our first experience was back in 2021 when we had our first daughter and now we came back with our second daughter in 2024. She is amazing and dedicates all her time to your session. She asked for your ideas does what you want and really gets you involved and making sure you like what's coming out of the session. She make sure to show you the pictures and make you feel like you know you can get those angles that feel good to you. Also, she's so patient with children and I think there is nothing better than that having a newborn and then it toddler that doesn't listen it can get difficult but she's so sweet and really puts in her time to make sure the whole family is comfortable. Maryam did a fantastic job with our newborn photos, and was so pleasant and easy to work with. From the intro call where she listened to what we wanted, to the day of experience where she and her assistant were so gentle with the baby and accommodating of our toddler for the sibling photos. She was patient and made us feel completely at ease, and I knew the baby was in good hands. I was also impressed that her assistant was right next to her to "catch" the baby - very cool and safety-first! On the editing process, I was impressed that she managed to get us initial edits and holiday card photos quickly given how busy the holiday season must have been (we did photos early December), and then the second half were also high quality. She also includes black and white of all the photos you choose! And the photos themselves are so beautiful. There was one particular pose that I loved from her instagram, and I was so happy she was able to make it perfect. I always smile when I see the photos! We had a really fun time on our maternity photo shoot. The studio was all set up when we arrived and there was a good selection of dresses and gowns to choose from. Maryam and her stylist were fun and friendly, helping us through poses. We even managed to work in our high energy dog. Update (5/2023): I wish we could give more than 5 stars for Maryam and her team. Having been super impressed by the newborn photoshoot, we had our baby's six month and one year including cake smash photoshoots with Maryam. While the Six month shoot went smooth our baby boy didn't particularly warm up to the idea of digging his hands into a cake. Maryam and her associate were very patient and were very accommodative our the baby's and our needs (and our pet dog's :) ). The outfit and set choices were adorable. Maryam captured some beautiful moments of our family (and smiling family) and we cannot wait to get our hands on the photos. We highly recommend Maryam from Limoo for any baby milestone photoshoots and look forward to get them capture many more beautiful moments for our family. New born Photoshoot (5/2022): We were very impressed with the overall experience of newborn shoot with Maryam and her associate. While we were late to the appointment, Maryam and team were extremely accommodative, patient and caring. The way they handled the baby was super tender and cute. I had a studio maternity photo session with Maryam and the whole experience was great. She has a wide selection of dresses and fabrics that she styles beautifully. You pick the ones you like before the session, so be sure to bring both nude and black undergarments to go with your outfit selections. Maryam was so efficient, I was able to do 6 outfits for my session. She'd tell you how to pose, where to look, you don't have to worry about anything because she will make sure you look good in every shot! I am so fortunate to have stumbled across Maryam at Limoo Photography. When I contacted her about Maternity photos she was so sweet and open to hearing what I was looking for. Maryam did our baby's 4.5 month milestone photoshoot several weeks ago. We love that she has a spacious studio with various baby's headbands, outfits, props with different blanket and mat colors. In the beginning of our session, we had our family and siblings pictures taken on the white bed and chair setups in the front of the main studio. Super convenient! She also has a small fridge with snacks for the older siblings when they get hungry and toys to occupy them when we needed to focus on baby and parents pictures. We booked our daughter's milestone session with Maryam, and we couldn't have made a better choice. She envisioned exactly what I wanted for the shooting from the hues to the props, and the best part is that she provides everything you might need so you don't have to worry about a thing. She, in fact, provides everything from super cute outfits to adorable headbands, flowers, pumpkins, baskets, etc. The outfits are adorable and the only problem is that it's impossible to choose, but Maryam always knows what matches better the setup and I often asked for her advice. She prepared so many different setups, one more adorable than the other, from bed with lilac flowers, to an adorable basket with pumpkins and a tiny white bath surrounded by pink roses (is it even real?!). She is a wonderful photographer and human being. She has lots of experience with babies therefore she is extremely patient (she caught our daughter on one of her worst days, teething badly), but we still managed to have lots of fun and the right shots with smiley faces. Also a note about the studio is due because it's super clean with all the possible precautions to protect babies (there's even a sanitizing station for mobile phones!), and also very practical because there are different snacks for babies and a changing table in case you need it.
