The owner told me to find another ride home because his driver had to wait 20mins for us to get our oversized baggage. I couldn't believe this person would talk to a paying customer like the way he did. I have never in my life experience a worse individual who apparently owns this company. DONT NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR A RIDE! Sam , the representative/owner will be out of business very soon if he treats people the way he treated me. TERRIBLE. The…read moreservice for our 2024 Christmas party was so terrible that it was embarrassing. 100 guests to shuttle 2 (TWO) blocks in the course of 5 hours and it was a disaster. Guests calling saying they had been waiting for 25 minutes and the shuttle never to be found. I spent over half an hour on my driveway on the phone with guests who ended up getting back in their car and driving to the house, clogging the small street. Talked to Blue Skies dispatcher (who is out of Miami) and telling me she could "See the van" and that it was "where agreed" but it was NOT. At one point the van was parked at the curve toward the end of the street while guests were waiting in the driveway. Worse service of the kind. I have events every years, this one being the biggest, and it was the first time I used someone else other than my regular driver. I've been in the hospitality business for 44 years and even in a third world country you get better service than what Blue Skies provided. It was so bad that my invitations for the next event will include an apology and the assurance we won't be using Blue Skies.
