We contacted several landscaping businesses in St. George area and…read more A-1 was the only one who responded. They trimmed a very large tree that was covering our street sign and stop sign. They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. I was stunned to see how clean, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient everyone was. They were so respectful and considerate of my neighbors property! As a realtor of 25 years, I have dealt with my fair share of roofers. I have not come across a roofing company like Roof-It, Inc for sometime. Their system is highly organized and streamlined! Needless to say, I had them do a complete re-roof on my personal property today. The job was completed on time, as promised, and the price was super fair. Walking around my property, I did not find 1 piece of debris or nail anywhere! I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Roof-It, Inc., to anyone in need of roof work!

I have 3 lay-overs so with the warnings of an historic El Nino, quite literally, tons of snow, I thought it was time to pull the trigger. I called Whitaker and 2 others to get bids. Whitaker and one of the others sat with me for like an hour answering all my questions, and I'm a bit like a 3 year old, "why?" "why? "how?"....They were both patient and I would have been happy with either. Their estimates were a gnat's hair apart, both within spitting distance of the estimate I got 4 years ago. In this world of absurd pricing and gouging, these guys remained ridiculously low and fair. I opted for Whitaker based on a good feeling. What a great move!!
