I work in Boston and have an hour and a half commute (one way), so it is not easy for me to get home in time to do a lot on the south shore on week nights. I even left work early so that I would be able to go back to my house and shower in time to drive the 20 minutes to Abington, all for this spray tan. I arrived at 7:30 pm to find that Island Mist Tanning was closed, and looked like it had been closed for some time. It says that you're open until 8 pm on Wednesdays. I know this because I checked your hours several times before deciding that I would put all of this (unnecessary) effort into getting there. I think it's really unprofessional to close up a full 30 minutes before you say you're going to be closed, and I will not be going here again, nor will I be recommending Island Mist Tanning to anyone in the future. If you don't care about your business, then neither do I.

Great price for a full body, the color has never been streaky or discolored and lasts a while, and she always asks how light or dark I want to go - and can refer back to what she used the last time. Though I can't speak for the tanning beds as I've never used them, I definitely recommend Island Mist for an airbrush tan!

From the time I place the phone call to book the appointment - to the time I walked out the door from my appointment I was completely impressed with so many different aspects of this small business. The woman who scheduled my appointment was nothing but accommodating and patient with my ever so specific schedule (I was scheduling two appointments around two hectic work schedules). I had a few questions about my appointments (1 being a facial and the other being a spray tan) and she answered them all thoroughly and clearly. Now - to walking in - I was greeted by the owner who was SO sweet and knew my name and offered me a refreshment from the cutest fridge filled with all the best (many sparkling options!). She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Not only was she friendly, but the atmosphere was also so chic and inviting - and not to mention SO cleanly. On to my appointment - I was greeted by my Esthetician Abby who showed me to my room and explained a few things and mentioned she'd be back. The bed - heated to perfection with perfectly clean linens and blankets... extremely comfortable! Abby was back once I was ready and my facial began once we addressed my concerns as I chose the "Snatched Custom Facial". She spoke softly, her hands were gentle on my ever so sensitive skin, and she answered every question/concern I had during my session. I've had facials before, but this was hands down one of the best that I've had. Abby went above and beyond after my session was over to ask if I had any other questions for her - which I asked what products she would recommend for me to use to obtain clearer skin. She wrote down many (AFFORDABLE) products that would work with my budget and skin type that she recommends. I did end up purchasing a product from the Beauty Bar, but never once did she push buying any products, and also loved that she gave me options that are within my budget non salon grade. I HIGHLY suggest booking with Abby as she made me so comfortable, and my skin glow significantly after my facial. I'm sure anyone there is amazing - but two thumbs up! Thank you Snatched!

Years later we moved to Kingston so I thought I'd take another shot. First full set I gave it time to get used to them but while I liked the dark lashes I wasn't thrilled with the curl of the lash. I felt ugly. I told the folks at lash lady worried I was going to hurt their feelings but nope! They worked with me and gave me financial relief when I had fallout. Second time (with my tech Bella) and OMG!!! She introduced me to the regular c curl which is so natural and lush looking and I'm hooked! She also switched me from cat eye to doll eye. I was convinced I wanted to be Megan fox and insisted the first time but nope! Bella was absolutely right that this set of hybrid c curl doll eye is gorgeous on me. So long story short... go here. These ladies work with you, they take pride in making you happy. It's just a great experience. Thank you Bella and the other great staff!

Whatever they used made me feel like bees stinging my eyeballs. I also paid 310 for a full set which is 2 1/2 hours She did mine for 1 3/4 min and when I said something they said oh she can only do what she can do. 100% of lash places charge by time. I then call and request an appointment with a more advanced lash and I sent them pictures of my lashes before and was told that if I wanted them full she could have added more fans. So why didn't she add more fans with the 35 min she had left? My eyes were not tapped correctly and my right eye was stinging so bad I was crying the woman had to fan me over 5 times, I asked to use the restroom she said no can you wait if you go to the bathroom I'll have to tape you all over, I said no I need to go to the restroom When I came back she accused me of washing my eyelashes and had an attitude like now they're all going to fall off. No, I didn't touch water to my eyes those are the tears from how badly my eyes were stinging They then said oh sometimes people's eyes sting, I get that if you don't normally get your eyelashes done and maybe you're allergic to the glue, but I am not. I have been getting my lashes done 2 sometimes 3 times a month for the past 5 years (unfortunately the girl I saw moved) I sent them the pictures of my lashes today, and the lashes I normally get and the owner had the audacity to say the application was flawless. The lashes were so far from my lash line I can clearly see where they were attached. I didn't ask for any money back, nothing, maybe just some validation or an apology but all I got was talked to in an EXTREMELY fake condescending voice saying that everything is perfect. I will attach pics of their work and my other lashes you guys tell me if their application is "perfect"

Their state-of-the-art tanning beds delivered more color in a single visit than I had achieved in a month elsewhere. Beyond the results, what really impressed me was how clean, modern, and well-maintained the entire salon is. It's clear that Brian takes immense pride in his business. From my first visit, he went above and beyond--guiding me through his selection of premium tanning lotions and helping me choose the one that best suited my goals. He's incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and his positive energy is mirrored by the rest of the team. Every time I leave Tanorama, I feel more confident and beautiful. The warm, welcoming environment makes each visit something I genuinely look forward to. And honestly, the value far exceeds the price--Tanorama is hands down the best tanning experience I've ever had.
