Stay away from Limerick Residential Lettings. Please donot use this company if you have any sense, John will show you around the property and will tell you you can have it to let, you are then called to the office and the woman in the Katherine I think her name was, she will ask you to sign the contract and in return you pay her the deposit and one months rent. As soon as you have made payment she will say she doesn't have the keys and to come back later, you do and the keys are still not available your then hanging about waiting and you get told to comeback later when it's closing time, in the interim of that your ringing the office and Johnson his mobile phone and they are not interested just keep fobbing you off, john also hung up on me which I think is extremely rude, I've paid and signed the contract and this is how I was treated. No keys were given to me by 5pm and nobody contacted me from the office. So to all who are reading please avoid this company they are rogue traders who do not know how to look after their clients.
