Dr. Dan told me several things to improve my posture in the office such as getting a stand to place the computer screen at eye level instead of looking down at the screen. I also got a recipe holder at Bed Bath and Beyond to hold any paper work so I could read it at eye level as well instead of looking down. It took about 4 months until I could really feel a difference with corrections I made and treatments I got from Beacon. My neck vertabrae was so out of line it was creating a lot of pain. I can actually do work now at the computer without any pain. Thank you Dr. Dan and Dr. Megan! The entire staff at Beacon is like no other. It seems like family when you walk in...(better then family at times because they are always friendly when the staff greets you). Love you guys! Mary H

Truthfully, I wished he would give me a solid meal plan and just tell me what to eat but honestly whenever anyone else did that it really never worked long term. I'm glad that he pushes outside of your comfort zone towards growth. His advice us medically sound and his team does even offer steeply discounted, balanced lunches and dinners also which I may try. I have a love hate relationship with the camera food journal app but it is helpful having him see my meals and knowing how my body responded to those. Give him and his team a try. He's very caring but is still going to give you the locker room prep talk you need to live the life you want in the body you need. Thanks A&L.

Our 2-year-old had fallen completely off the growth chart and he struggled with constant diarrhea. Despite visits to both endocrinology and GI specialists, we left with no answers and no direction. Working with Andrew was a turning point. He listened closely, helped us track our son's intake, and guided us through meaningful dietary changes that were realistic for our family. For the first time, we felt like someone understood the full picture. The results have been remarkable. In 6 months our son has had significant growth, he is back on the growth chart, and his GI issues--previously constant--have completely resolved. He's happier, more comfortable, and finally growing the way he should. Andrew and his team gave us answers when no one else could. Their expertise and compassion truly changed our son's life. We cannot recommend A&L Brown Nutrition enough!!

After a warm up on the stationary bike, I casually said I had a headache. I was surprised when Andrew asked me why I had a headache. For some reason I said, "I don't know... high blood pressure?" I didn't have a high blood pressure diagnosis at that point so I don't know why I said that. Andrew put a BP cuff on me and sure enough my blood pressure was very high. I am now under my doctor's care and monitoring my blood pressure regularly.
