Bouquet of flowers were really nice!!! Delivery was late 8:45pm woke us both up and guy was pounding on the door. Deliveries shouldn't be any later than 7:30 unless they call the resident to see if it's ok. Called the next day and told the girl that answered the phone took my name and number and never called me back. read more

No way in hell. They completely failed my 1-800-Flowers order for my sick mother and apparently "don't do balloons." I ordered a mylar balloon for her as well as this sad puppy of an arrangement. When they failed to deliver the balloon (without any info on why), I called the shop and spoke with "Alisha" who explained to me that she was unable to fix it, and I needed to call 1-800-Flowers (see their attached policy). The manager refused to take my call and was "unavailable for several weeks." After 35 minutes on the phone with 1-800-Flowers for a $5.99 refund (!!!), I decided a yelp review was in order. read more

Delivered dead roses and no Lily as the arrangement I'd ordered specified. I'd ordered through a Groupon deal for BloomsTime and made sure to contact BT about not using Limerick as a provider. DEAD ROSES. To a family member in a nursing home. Smh read more

I was leery due to the poor reviews, but went anyway. Boy was i in for a poor experience. I came in several days before mothers day. I even browsed the website before coming. I asked for a dozen tulips, and was told they would be $80 dollars!!! The girl at the counter saw my face and said "Because of demand, we raised the price" Here is where i outsmart them. I bring up the website and point out a beautiful arrangement that includes 9 tulips and a vase for 44.95, and said i will take that. The girl at the counter short circuits, and then excuses herself to go upstairs and talk to "the voice". A man can be heard talking to the counter girls, but never comes down. I kid you not, here is the conversation. "The customer just showed me our web page, and there is s tulip arrangement with 9 tulips for 44.95" The voice says "There is? Tell him that is unavailable until Tuesday" WTF??? how can it be unavailable if i am looking right at tulips 5 feet away, and the website has it for order? Not to mention, no clue it was being sold. Counter girl comes down, repeats the info. I am disgusted at the lame and dishonest attempt to get me to spend $80 bucks. I buy 6, and ran out. What a shady business. I wonder if "The voice" ever wonders why he is one of the lowest rated florists for miles. I will make sure to spread the word, stay far away! read more

I'm beside myself with frustration and anger. I ordered same day flowers and no one contacted me saying their was an issue. It took me calling after 6pm to find out they had tried contacting my mother whom the flowers were for but because she didn't answer they were not delivered. Who in their right mind calls the person receiving a surprise gift to deliver?!?! The person I spoke to refunded me and said they would still deliver the flowers as promised but 2 days late for her birthday. The flowers were delivered today at 614pm. They differ so greatly from the photo I'm completely let down and I feel like my voice hasn't been heard. Not receiving the service I paid for first and the. When the flowers are delivered they were sub-standard. The mason jar was blue, there was no bow and they were not even sunflowers but yellow, red and purple was not the colors in the pic. I understand things can differ but completely different? This is just unacceptable. Maybe rethink the floral shops you use? I'm completely 100% let down. I was certainly hoping this experience would be turned around with my mother receiving a beautiful flower arrangement and this review would have been different. I'll use 1-800 Flowers from now on and post this review wherever I can. read more

This florist is the worst!! I ordered a wrist corsage for my daughters dance on Wednesday and called to confirm Saturday morning. Received a phone call at 12:00 noon stating that his delivery truck was late due to the snow. (we only got 1-2 inches). Anyway, they told me it would be ready at 4:00. When I went to get it , lights were out and nobody answered the Door or phone. This was not the first incident with thisflorist either. The worst....do not go here!! read more

We received a Christmas centerpiece and it still looks pretty nice on our table 2 weeks later! Awesome quality, we received a centerpiece from another local shop last year and it lasted only 4 days! I can't comment on pricing as it was a gift. read more

My daughter ordered flowers from Limerick Florist and they were delivered to the wrong address. The flowers were placed in front of the the door so that when the door was opened, it knocked over the vase. we did not receive the flowers until the next day. read more

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. They came two days late after I called twice, and it was the completely wrong product. The first day I called they just said anything that wasn't delivered yesterday would come today, and then the next day I got the same response. Didn't check into my order, didn't ask for my name or number, and received absolutely no follow-up. Terrible experience for a really expensive arrangement. read more

Avoid at all costs$$ Placed an order through a same-day delivery service...these folks messed up the order AND the delivery...TWICE! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. read more

This place is THE worst. 2nd time my husband ordered flowers to be delivered, and they screwed up the order. First time, they never even showed up, and this time around, they told him at 2pm the flowers were out for delivery, and would arrive shortly. Well, at 8:15pm, they finally decided to deliver the flowers. We will be calling tomorrow, and demanding our money back for the dozen red roses that neither of us wanted at that point, as our anniversary is pretty much over :( read more

Really, really awful. My husband was helping his father - who is sick, injured, and has cancer - get an expensive flower arrangement for his wife for their anniversary. Husband called and told them all of this, and asked for something pretty and extravagant-looking. I was shocked at what I saw they had done. A medium-sized bouquet with only 3 roses, sunflowers, lilies and carnations. The worst part is nothing even matched, no design sense whatsoever. The colors were awful, obviously not a designer putting it together. You should have seen - for that money - the competition. But I thought we could help a local business. I felt so badly that he spent that amount of money (on a retired extremely limited funds) - for this they took advantage of a veteran, no less - this crappy, unmatched, bouquet - for $100. read more

Totally overpriced, unprofessional florist. Use someone else! I placed an order for a deluxe planter for $60 plus $14 for delivery. There were 2 plants in the "deluxe" planter and they were TINY! I went into another local florist shop the next day, saw a planter for $15 cheaper that had about 6 different plants in it and it was 3xs the size! This place is a total rip of. I called to complain and they said they would contact the person to replace it. That was a week ago--guess what? They still haven't replaced it or contacted the person read more

This shop doesn't even deserve 1 star. This florist provides awful products. The flowers I received were half dead and the arrangement had way too many greens in it. The greens also had bugs on them. I called the floral shop multiple times to be greeted Danielle who has an awful attitude. I asked to speak to the owner and/or manager and she refused. She shouldn't be in customer service. The arrangement I record was from Proflowers who contracted to them. I've contacted Proflowers to inform them that this florist does awful work. read more

Limerick florist is horrible and completely screwed up the order. This was our 1 year anniversary and they send the wrong order. After they send the wrong order, they called and told me they would send the correct order the next day, but they wanted the first set of flowers back, which I assume is to reuse them for someone else. I am waiting the next day to exchange the order and at 1:15pm get a call that they cannot fulfill the order until the next day, but once again they want the old order back. I cancelled the order because I have a job and cannot just take off everyday to wait for the flowers. They picked up the flowers 2 hours after they said they were coming by and to top it all off the flowers had flowers growing out of them. Horrible experience all around, stay away from Limerick Florist!! read more

THE worst flowers I have ever had delivered!! Wilted, discolored lilies- which by the way are supposed to come in bud form. The arrangement looked like it had something sitting on top of it, guessing from the broken stems. The color of the roses and lilies were horrible, the size of the arrangement was about half the size it was supposed to be and what REALLy annoys me is that if I hadn't been there ( these were Mother's Day flowers) I would have NEVER known. My mother would have just said" oh they're lovely ". I spent $ 115.00 on this trash. The florist did say they would re-deliver in two days ( which I did originally agree to), but the more I thought about it- the more pissed I got. The NERVE of them even sending them out like that in the first place! I wanted something nice for my mom. My health isn't good, I can't drive, and my mom has been doing everything for my daughter, which is why it's even more upsetting. I went through 1800flowers, they refunded my money right away. Stay away from this place! Wait- I have pictures. I may have to do another post read more

Posted hours are 9-2 on Sat. Asked for pick-up Saturday at 9 - arrived at 9:15 (not open). Multiple phone calls (no voicemail to leave message) and another drive by to see if they were open at 11 - (still not open) led me to the competition. If they were having difficulty opening - one phone call could have saved me a lost morning of inconvenience. Unfortunately I prepaid, so if this review saves anyone else from patronizing this business - it will be money well spent. read more

Save your money and your aggravation and DO NOT patronize this business. I received wilted and closed lilies in a delivery once and was told that was how they come. I decided to give them another chance figuring it was a one-time incident (without reading these reviews, unfortunately) and ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday (without lilies) to be delivered on her birthday. The day I paid for delivery by 7pm, they called her at 6:30 and said they were running late and would have her delivery out. She waited until 8:00 and nothing came. Her babysitter waited at her house to receive the delivery while she went out for her birthday, yet nothing was delivered all night. I was disappointed, but figured she knew they were coming and they'd probably be delivered the following day. WRONG AGAIN. It is not day 3 and nothing has been delivered. I am LIVID. I have called and called and no one answers and I'm debating filing a dispute with my credit card company rather than even trying to deal with them. NO BUSINESS IS WORTH THIS HEADACHE! read more

Would not recommend. Had flowers delivered on Valentines day to my wife and they were pitiful. When called to give them feedback I received a not so heart felt sorry. I know I take care of my customers better than that if they are not satisfied. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. These people are just the worst. I ordered online the night before delivery and received an email confirmation. They were never delivered. I called at 5:15 and stated that the office was now closed. Mind you, this location is exactly 1.8 miles from their store. Miraculously, they tried to deliver them at 5:35. Then I receive a phone call from the driver who said he didn't actually have to call me, but he was being nice letting me know he tried to deliver them. I called the store 5 minutes later...and the driver answered! He said he would leave a message for the owner. Then I get an email stating they tried to deliver the flowers but were unsuccessful like it was my fault! Tried to call the office and their machine doesn't work. Kept trying until I could finally leave a message. Also sent to emails to them. Hours later and still no return call. I AM LIVID!!!! So unprofessional. There are so many florists to choose from in our area. Use Plaza Flowers or Three Peas in a Pod. Now I'm off to report them to the BBB and FTD. read more

I was going to order just a one simple bouquet with white roses for pick up. Came three weeks before the day of event. There was only teenage girl, who took my phone number, name and date of event and said florist will call me back. One week later I stopped by again cause nobody ever called me. The florist was there with a bunch of teenage girls. He said they are extremely busy for holidays and we set up an appointment in a week. So after ANOTHER week I came there on time we set up. And guess what? He's not there!!! Teenage girl went somewhere on the back, then came back and said he went somewhere to get floral arrangements and stuck in traffic (on Monday at 1 pm). And traffic is really bad,so he asked to come back in an hour or more. She took my phone number and name again. I left with a bitter feeling that I've been screwed up and decided to go to other florist even though I had less than a week left. I never went back. But guess what?! I never got a call from them either!!! Wtf?! Total crap!!! read more

My experience with this florist also was horrible. I ordered online from 1-800-flowers for Mothers' Day and this florist must have picked up the order. The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture online. I could have lived with that. My mother thought the arrangement was ugly and called the florist. After a bit of back and forth, the florist responded to my mother via email telling her that the arrangement that was ordered was very small, very inexpensive and that what was sent was an "complimentary upgrade" in terms of the types of flowers. The final line of the email was "please note that we fulfill all of our orders to the value they come in for." I consider this to be a wholly inappropriate handling of the situation. Thanks a bunch. Now my mother not only got an ugly flower arrangement, but she also thinks her child is a total cheapskate. Fabulous! The correct approach would have been to apologize to my mother and either ask her to have me call the florist or offer to call me directly. I just can't believe that a florist would handle a complaint in this way, i.e., by discussing the monetary value of the arrangement with the recipient. Frankly, it is for this reason and not the actual composition of the arrangement that I will never use this florist again. I should note that I also called the florist shop after seeing the email and my phone call was never returned. read more

Extremely dissatisfied. I wish I had seen these other reviews before I ordered. These were flowers for a funeral. Despite the fact that I gave the full church name and address, they delivered them to the wrong church. The church they were suppose to be delivered to was about 1 mile from them. Instead they drove 10 miles to the wrong place. The funeral director had to drive over and get them. There was no card. They delivered a second card - again to the wrong church. And the flowers were very disappointing. I paid for a standing spray - very expensive. The arrangement was at most 2 foot long - which looked completely ridiculous hanging off the stand. The roses looked like miniatures. And many of the lilies were old and bruised. When I called to complain the manager started reading me a list of the flowers that were supposedly included and what he charged me for each one. He said he would go and take a picture of the flowers to prove everything was there. A few hours later he called back claiming that the cemetery closed at 2:00PM. Really???? On a Saturday! That was the last I heard from him. PLEASE save yourself the money and aggravation. Buy your flowers somewhere else! read more

I hosted a baby shower for my daughter a few weeks ago. She expressed her appreciation by ordering a fresh flower arrangement to be delivered to my home for me. Since I work during the day, there was no one home to accept this delivery, and she wanted it to be a surprise, so I was not expecting a delivery. You all know what kind of Winter we have had. The outside temperature that day was in the 20s. The delivery person LEFT THE FLOWERS ON THE FRONT PORCH! Are you kidding me? What person that has any involvement with fresh flowers does not know they cannot be left in sub freezing temps? Also, the delivery person had my correct cell phone number. My daughter called to check around 9:30 pm since she had not heard from me. I retrieved them from the porch and, sadly, they were frozen solid. When she called to complain, they promised a replacement. The replacement had about half the number of blooms as the original, and the delivery person requested the original flowers be returned to him. I reached in the trash can and retrieved the frozen flowers for him. I will NEVER patronize this business in the future. Too many other reputable options to be bothered with this waste. read more

I have to say.....Any one in the Limerick PA area don't ever use the Limerick Florist or Wesley Berry Flowers. Let me explain.....After my Mother passed on 12/14/2014, my Best Friend of 25 plus years from NY got in touch with Wesley Berry Flowers and they went through the Limerick Florist to make a delivery to my family who lives in the Limerick, PA area. She ordered what was suppose to be a beautiful plant (that could be replanted in the spring), with some fresh flowers. It was suppose to be delivered on Saturday (which was an extra charge), for when we had the service. Instead the following Monday night we received a half dead poinsettia. Dad & I did confronted the florist and instead of even trying to make us happy all he did was make comments in reference to all of his staff getting paid, the florist did offer us another poinsettia which did not look much better! And again it was not what was ordered! He finally asked us to leave and really had no intention on even trying to resolve this. Plus I did notice he had some sort of firearm tucked in the back of his pants. Really!!!!!!!!!!! A florist that needs to carry a gun. Maybe his shop should be named Firearms & Flowers. This is my opinion and what happened. If you choose to deal with this florist, you get what you deserve. On a good note we did deal with 3 Peas in a Pod and they couldn't be more pleasant and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them! I hope this makes it around the Pa area read more
