Located at Disney Springs, the Lime Parking garage is just one of many parking garages at Disney Springs. It's the easiest to park on the second floor because that's where you go to get the Disney Springs entrance. If you park on the third floor like I did, you will have to use the escalators or elevator to the second floor. The nice thing about this parking garage is the lights located above the parking spot, If it's red then someone is parked there and if they are green then the parking spot is open. It makes it easy when you are driving by, you can look down to see if there are any open spots available.

My partner and I stopped by Disney Springs during our last visit at Orlando Florida on a Thursday evening. We decided to park at the Disney Springs Lime Parking Garage. The parking is free. There was plenty of spaces available, but we decided to park on the top level! There are red and green lights to inform you if a spot is available or unavailable. This parking garage has a elevator that will bring you to the escalators to go to the Disney Spring entrance. You're dropped off essentially in the middle of Disney Springs. Disney Springs is a lot of fun! There are plenty of entertainment, shopping, and food! It's a must visit if you're local or traveling in Orlando Florida. The Disney Springs Lime Parking Garage is easy to get to and seamless to park in!

This is one of several free parking options for Disney Springs. You should park here if you're planning to visit the Marketplace or east side of the Disney Springs. It is easy to find available parking spots as they have counters as well as light indicators to let you know where there are empty parking stalls. Currently, you'll have to go through security screening on the second floor before you exit into Disney Springs. My friend and I parked here when we last came to Disney Springs for lunch at The Polite Pig. The restaurant was right there as we exited the garage.

Free parking for Disney Springs is nice. It has to be free so you can spend your money on all the upscale shops and restaurants here! We met friends for lunch at Disney Springs. Afterwards, we took a bus to Disney's Yacht Club so we could walk to Epcot for the day. The busses were conveniently located to Lime parking. When we were done at Epcot, we took a bus to the French Quarter so that we could ride the boat to Disney Springs. Unfortunately the rainstorms and lightning made it impossible to take a boat. So we caught a bus back to Disney Springs, and after a five minute walk to the parking garage, and an escalator ride to level 2, we were in our car to go home. Getting into Disney Springs this morning from the parking garage meant passing through a metal detector. We didn't set it off, so our backpacks were not searched. BUT when we got off the bus this evening to enter Disney Springs, we did not pass through a detector. Strange. The bathrooms are conveniently located near the first floor elevators, behind the stairs and escalators that lead into Disney Springs. This is important if you've driven a long way to Disney without a pit stop. We did (2 hours), and we used them. We also used them before going up the escalator to level 2 tonight to go home. When we tried to leave the garage, the exit signs were confusing. We went around in circles before we found the exit. Very frustrating. Maybe next time we won't get confused!

Lime Garage does not charge for parking. It's clean, easy to find a space and spaces themselves are big.

This spot scheduled to begin construction in early 2007 and it truly didn't become anything of sustenance until last year. I do have to say, I love the way everything has turned out aesthetically. It is no longer an eye sore and has many spots to check out! Mills Park is the home of Gallery at Mills Park Apartments and it's a 5 story, 300 apartment home. Very modern and sleek looking but my favorite part is when you walk around you can see a ton of gorgeous woodwork and they used the old mill yard wood to make these pieces. Very cool. The parking isn't very ample but things are still in the construction phases. It appears more parking will be coming. It sits on the Orlando Urban Trail so it's a great starting or resting point if you want to enjoy the trail. Tons of bike parking throughout the area as well. There is a variety of spots to grab food including: The Fresh Market Firebirds Segafredo - Rooftop! Brass Tap - Outside seating! First Watch Giraffas Other spots are: AT&T store Dr. Phillips Specialty Pharmacy Pure Barre Cherry Blow Dry Bar Marilyn Monroe Nail Boutique I have enjoyed watching this grow from conception and I can't wait to see what else is in store for this location.

But they are also close to a lot of the clubs and restaurants downtown that are popular. it's a much easier place to find parking easily than to try and find parallel parking on the main roads. it does have two different exits one that comes out on pine and one that comes out on Central. There are a couple parking lots that are similarly priced that don't have these problems. You do get the convenience of parking at the movie theater however you may also have to wait to leave. The prices are fair however there's a very strong smell and the staircase so it's definitely not the fanciest parking lot. My car seemed to be safe so I am grateful for that.

There are many elevators leading to and from the garage, but beware. Some stop in floors labeled 2b and 2c, while others only to go to 1, 2, 3, and so on. I have twice taken an elevator to what turned out to be a hallway of doom. It appeared to be back hallways behind the restaurants and I don't know how I got there, but I ended up finally exiting at the dumpster... It was oddly comical the one time I was with friends. Not so much when I was by myself. Should you head my advice and take the same elevator to return to your car you're still not out of the woods. The elevator on one side of the building stops at a floor and then proceed to shake violently for several seconds before the door opens. I've exchanged many a nervous (see: terrified) look with strangers on that elevator. All of us sure it would be our final ride. If that wasn't enough of a case for taking an uber to the movies, the scrapes along the narrow curves of the garage tell the tale of many a scratched SUV. Do as I do, friend: drive at an ungodly slow pace as you exit/enter. Finally, there are many warnings to pay at one of the pay stations before you go back to your car. Yes, only one will work so there will be a long line, but if you've made it this far in my review I'll share an insider's tip- you can actually pay with a card right at the exit. Shhh!
