Our condo corporation is grouped with another corporation who recommended and chose this company to…read moreperform our lawn maintenance.  At the beginning of the season a site cleanup should occur to rake up late falling leaves from the season before.  The information provided as to what services they must perform was not from my corporation but from the other corporation.  They came and performed a general cleanup of all areas other than our back yards.  I questioned why my yard and others were not done and was told next time they would do it.  The following week they came .... nothing was done again.  The third week they came and I saw the young lady peak over my fence and leave.   She did not return so I went out front to ask them if they were going to clean up the yard and mow.  They were gone.  Enough is enough we are paying for lawn maintenance and this company obviously thinks their responsibility is for nothing more than to show up.  We don't pay them to show up we pay them to perform the lawn maintenance.  When confronted about this apparently, they did not like being questioned about their performance and have terminated the contract.  We are told they did not like that people complained.  We complained because no one had been in our back yards since they started with us.  Perhaps if they performed the tasks that were expected than no one would have complained. I think a review is important as their service was horrible and their response and how they dealt with the complaints was even more unprofessional.
