My visit to this Longchamp was fairly brief, as I went in knowing what bags I wanted, and just…read moreneeded to select colors. As the other reviews are not in English, I thought I would add my two cents. The store is large, much bigger than the other Longchamp store I have shopped at (Las Vegas Forum Shops). It appeared that they carried a full product line, including shoes, wearables and their men's line. If you like the Pliage line, half of the upstairs section is devoted to these bags, and they are all displayed beautifully in a long line along the wall. I had no problems finding a sales associate to help me, and she was friendly and patient pulling bags for me until I picked the ones I wanted. They will fill out VAT refund paperwork for you at the till if you live outside the EU, which was nice, although I know some of the higher end stores will process the refund right on site if you your purchase is of high enough value. After I finished my purchase I was given a pink long stemmed rose - perhaps it was for Mother's Day? Great service, and a comfortable and welcoming shopping experience.
