I got melon and pineapple sorbets and my friend got cherry and chocolate ice cream flavors. And we were both completely floored by how good it actually was. We were a bit bummed the place had sold out of both our first choices, which had been a function of how busy the place was, but the ice cream was amazing nonetheless. It was hard to pick two, or tree flavors to try during my visit, because they all looked and sounded so delicious. I ended up choosing Canele, and rum raisin, and I absolutely loved them both. Canele is one of my favorite desserts for a long time, and it originated from Bordeaux, and this shop made a Gelato out of it. It is just amazing! The gelato really tasted like a Canele, even with Canele pieces in it that you can chew on a little. The rum raisin gelato was full or raisins with a genuine rum taste. It was prefect. I was a little sad that I only got to go to this shop once during my visit in Bordeaux, and wished I could go back and try more flavors!
