Faz the laundry mat owner is the most kind and most patient person my friend and I have had the pleasure of getting to know. I feel so honored and quite lucky to have found such a polite and welcoming atmosphere here. If I could I would rate this entire experience 10 out of 10 super stars. I feel healed honestly from such a gripping couple of days in London. May Faz and his family always live in plenty, prosperity and peace. Little may London know he is here shining like a torch in the fog. My heart is full of gratitude. If you ever need your laundry done, come here! if you need local advice come here ! They did the job offsite, nothing out of the ordinary, although the jacket hangers could have had the paper addition as they were directly on the wire hanger. The main disappointment with this place is the price - it is much more expensive that most. The key reason I needed to use them was I had to drop the suits off on Saturday afternoon. So I recommend to try somewhere else, and see what you get there. They do offer 10% discount to e+ holders, but most others do too.

Personally, I don't think it's worth it, although everything can be washed an ironed in 48 hours. The main reason people use this is for items that are difficult to wash yourself, like suits, ballgowns, leather, suede and rugs. I know people who find it great for duvet covers and general upholstery, and they're now in possession of a rather impressive looking carpet cleaning machine with a delightful sign announcing how many kg of human skin are in the average carpet. Lovely. The staff are professional and the prices reasonable, although they vary from item to item. Generally if you're going to use their dry-cleaning services, you're at their mercy price-wise, especially if it's the only way of getting a particular stain off. With this in mind, I'm grateful they don't seem like much of a rip-off and the nice crisp, clean feel of an item you thought you'd lose that's now wearable again is worth an awful lot.

This one does the job and there's usually a machine free when you need one. Last time I checked, it was more expensive than Headington Launderette, but sometimes it's worth paying a bit extra to avoid carrying your laundry further. A wash costs from £3-£4.50. The machines are card-operated and you can buy cards from the internet shop next door. I find this quite annoying, especially as I think they have a minimum spend limit of around £30 (it used to be £28). Not good for one-off use, or when you're in a hurry. I still think it's easier to look for change. They've got driers as well, and it's quite a sociable place, but lots of minus points for the confusing card system.

The bronze sculptures were about three feet tall each and the retailer did not offer shipping or even any advise on how to ship the items. I had walked past the Mail Boxes Etc. on Leonards Road in Windsor a day earlier and went back to talk to them. The owner/manager of the Mail Boxes Etc. store offered to ship the items for me---all the way to the United States. He went to the retail shop, which was about a 15 minute walk away and looked at the items in order to give me an estimate. He then went back the following day to retrieve the two sculptures. He expertly packed them in bubble wrap and shipped them in two separate boxes via Federal Express. I was very impressed with his high level of professionalism. He was courteous, polite, friendly and very trustworthy. He charged me a fair price for the packing (lots of bubble wrap and two sturdy boxes). The shipping charge was reasonable and he maintained communication. The items arrived at the United States within three or four days and are now being enjoyed. I couldn't have made this purchase without the incredible service offered by this Mail Boxes Etc. location. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. My highest rating of AAA+++ for this location and their incredible service!
