(It's also the price of bus fare). You can also do the Hop On Hop Off thing to get here. However you get here - get here. How good is the food and service? As good as you expect it would be. It is excellent, and it is not expensive (by Stockholm standards). Side note: their mustard sauce took third place in an international competition.
