It took us a few passes through the town to find this little cafe but it was well worth the effort. Everything about this place was amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic! My husband got the croque and I got the hash. They were both so tasty, we couldn't stop eating even though we were both full. Between the food and the coffee, we were very happy with our choice to come here and definitely plan on returning before we head back out of town. I would highly recommend coming here for both coffee and breakfast or lunch if you're in the area!

Food is amazing best pizza in Maysville in my opinion (my favorite type is New York). Recently tried their breakfast tacos with chorizo and they were awesome as well. Service is great and friendly. Typical little coffee shop inside an art gallery but it's full of character.

What a hidden gym!! We hit this place on our way out of town. My husband said this was the best biscuits & gravy he has had out at a restaurant. I had the breakfast tacos and this is my go to dish when I eat breakfast out and man this was the best. They blew the chain (F W) out of the water. Taco shells were crunchy and their homemade chorizo was yummy

In historic Washington district you will find a quaint little restaurant in the art guild building. Sean makes great coffee and amazing food! He started as an "out of towner" with just a food truck and he told me the first day I met him that he dreamed of opening a shop and having a fire cooked pizzas as well, and he has! Walk the streets, see the history, visit the guild, and support this local entrepreneur! * parking is tough, be prepared to walk a ways * the hours are a bit elusive

This coffee shop must be the best on in Maysville! You can absolutely taste the southern charm as soon as you step in. The staff is friendly and the food is just AMAZING! After a "red eye" flight from Portland, OR we were in desperate need of some coffee and food. My husband got the breakfast tacos and I got the vegan hash. Food was delicious! We came back the following day for our daily coffee, we were running later and we called to check for closing time, we were cutting it close but the owner stayed open a few minutes after 2:00pm so we can get our coffees! I just can't wait to go back to Maysville to visit LilJumbo!

Made from scratch cinnamon roll. Excellent!!

Awesome place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Love their Chorizo Hash for breakfast and the pizza for lunch. Everything made fresh and it's evident. The owner is also the Chef who is passionate about creating fresh and great food. If your looking for a non chain place to eat, this is the place. Very nice selection of hot and cold br, I always get the Americano and the wife swears by the White Chocolate Mocha. 2/15/20 Had the Breakfast Tacos for the first time and they did not disappoint. They lived up to all the hype and may be my new favorite at this neat little place.

Parked near community college. Little rough around the edges, but great locally roasted coffee and made to order fresh squeezed lemonade.

Great food and good service with a nice atmosphere. Only open three days a week for breakfast wish it was more and included dinner.

Food was burned. Owner was nasty to us about it. Cat hair around the rim of our table water bottle.

LilJumbo has some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. I would suggest the mellow mushroom pizza. It is incredible.

Staying in town for several days to visit the amazing KBS Miniatures Collection (the Louvre of dollhouse miniatures - highly recommend!), I had the opportunity to eat here a few times - it's only open until 3pm or I would have eaten here more! The food is highly creative in its mix of ingredients; so fresh and delicious! One lunch we were lucky enough to score the Mussels in Spicy Broth special. I love mussels and I can't remember the last time I had such plump, perfectly-cooked mussels. The best I've had in ages! I can also recommend the KY Classic Salad that comes with two slices of the crispiest fried green tomatoes I have ever had and a slice of Babz signature cornbread, cut into 1"x4"x1" pieces and refried so they are brown and crunchy on the outside, moist and delectable on the inside. Service is excellent as you would expect in a family-owned and run place. Barbara is the daughter of the locally-famous chef Babz, for whom the restaurant is named. Barbara has clearly inherited her mother's genius for cooking and hospitality. Barbara's husband Al is there too, making all the guests feel special, while doing a great job serving the fabulous food. There is indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor tables catching a nice breeze from the Ohio river, three blocks away. In short, this is the best, and healthiest, place to eat in Maysville. Do come, y'all!

I also asked for a hot salsa I heard about.. I'm saving the best for last on this on. The chimichanga was stuff with juicy shredded chicken. It was cooked to perfection. It was delicious plain, but when I dropped a little spicy salsa, and dabbed it in some sour cream and guacamole.... Lawd.... I'm not done. Even the chips and salsa are tasty!! The tacos Al pastor.. oh me oh my!! take special notice in the pic of the tacos.... Grilled pineapple. YES!!! Grilled pineapple. And just the right amount. They tacos were not sweet, but you get an occasional burst of juicy pineapple. It just goes perfect with the fresh onion and cilantro. I ate one with no salsa.. and one with their spicy salsa. It don't matter!!! Both were great. And that unexpected burst of pineapple just does something!! I live in TX, and this place is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. I can't wait to try more on the menu! I will definitely post reviews for each time I eat there. The service was excellent, just as it was on my previous visit. The ambience. Well.. no one with food in front of them was talking. Too busy eating!!

The menu was loaded with choices, even meatless for Good Friday fasting. Our server was with us very quickly and took good care of us throughout our meals. I ordered the Seafood Chimmi and my wife ordered the Shrimp Quesadilla. My meal came with beans and salad, my wife's meal came with salad only. We both took home the leftovers. My beer, Pacifico draft, arrived in a frozen mug and the beer was exceptionally cold. I loved it. My wife had a lime Margarita on the rocks and she said it was very good. The chips were warm when they arrived and their salsa was excellent. I asked for an order of Jalapeños, the pickled kind from the can, and they showed up to the table pronto! We were really glad that we chose this restaurant for dinner with many other choices in this small town, and the prices were reasonable as well. Next time we find ourselves in this town we will likely choose this place if in the mood for Mexican food. Nice job to all the staff for a good experience here.
