One of the best massage and reflexology sessions I've had.... ever! Ming has that wonderful combination and strength in a gentle touch. Not that the massage itself was for wimps! In my experience, with my body's aches and issues, a fairly deep massage is often critical to working out the kinks. But Ming didn't linger too long on my more tender areas--e.g., my calves and shins--yet gave adequate attention to my "hurts so good" areas of neck and back. He was careful, too, around my recent shoulder replacement--much appreciated! Open on Sundays, great prices, easy location, and an excellent therapist. Went to get deep pressure massage. Was quoted $35, they wanted me put feet in water, lady masseuse did not understand that I did not want a foot massage. She brought in young lady that understood English, she said deep tissue massage is $60 for 1 Hour. I said ok, thinking back I should have left. Masseuse only did back of hips, legs and IT bands. I told her not to do back as needed work on hips, legs and IT Bands, also abductors. Masseuse only used elbows and forearms, working right IT Band almost exclusively. Felt after leaving as if lower back and left knee were sore. I feel I was charged higher than should have, $60 not on their price list. Lack of English was a challenge. Pointing and saying that is good spot to work did not help. I will not go back. read more

I called this morning to see about scheduling a 1 hour foot massage for today. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and nice. She scheduled my massage right away. I arrived a bit early, nevertheless, she showed me to a changing room and offered me beautiful lounge-wear. Complete privacy-Clean-peaceful environment.. I was politely escorted to a large public room with multiple massage tables. The area was beautifully decorated & the lighting was quite serene. It immediately made me feel comfortable. My massage therapist was so nice. He was attentive and helpful.. I have to "confess" I almost fell asleep during my massage. I was so comfortable and relaxed. It was the best massage I have ever had. My doctor recommended this place because I was having pain in my neck and shoulders. I went to get some information and they have several options available at very reasonable prices. I chose the 60 minute reflexology/massage for $45. It was a very quiet and semi-comfortable experience. I knew I was going to have issues due to the reason I was referred there in the first place. I was sore that day and the next but by the third day I was feeling better than I had been in prior weeks. I highly recommend this business and I will return. read more

This place left me very disappointed. I checked reviews and comments about their business on Facebook before even going there. I arrived asked for a woman to massage me, instead a man came in. Dug his elbow into my back in such a manner as to leave terrible bruises, not the way I wanted to spend my mother's day weekend by the way, and then had the nerve to ask for a tip. I have never been so grossed out. I do not think that the health department monitors this type of property. I scheduled a one hour massage. I was very uncomfortable from the start. Dark and no understanding of English. The man started massage and five minutes into massage left room and I could hear him coughing up flem. Did not wash hands. Came back in and asked if he was sick. Acted like he did not understand what I was saying. Left room again and spit up. Got up and got dressed and left. SOOO GROSS Went home and took the hottest shower of my life. read more

This place was definitely different than I expected. I'm really confused and not sure how I feel about the massage I received. I asked for the 90 min reflexology, massage, and cupping. What I got was a decent foot rub and an almost violating massage where I felt like the man didn't even try to practice some decency with the blanket over me, and no cupping. I think the only thing that was good about this experience was he got out the knots I had in my shoulders and upper back. I really should have just left. I asked why I didn't receive the cupping and the man that did my massage and the other that was up there both said something then claimed they couldn't explain it to me why not because they don't speak good English. I think I felt better before my day out considering I still feel pretty queazy about this whole thing. I have been receiving massage and reflexology for 25 years. Unfortunately, the treatment I received at Lily's was very subpar. I was much more tense when I left than when I went in the door because of the pain delivered. The practitioner was very rough, digging not only into tissue, but into joints and bones. Their were people laughing and talking loudly on the other side of the wall and eclectic guitar music did not seem to fit with the Asian decor. I've had a more relaxing experience at the dentist office. Sure, the price is reasonable. But, the old adage, "you get what you pay for", really fits here. Is a bodywork establishment not required to display any training certificates or have a license to treat? Just wondering...... I sincerely hope a more unsuspecting person is not injured. I give one star for nice decor and clean restrooms. read more

When I made the appointments for my husband and myself, I specifically asked for the 40-minute, $25 special they are running. We arrived early for our appointments and still did not get in until half an hour past our appointment time. The massage was nice. It was very different from the massage I was used to. My therapist was very nice, but he wore gloves during the entire massage and they felt really unpleasant. The worst part was, when we were done and paying, we got charged for the hour instead of what I had asked for. Instead of making it right and charging us for what I had asked for when I made the appointment, the man at the desk laughed and said "sorry". It ruined the entire experience. I am willing to pay for what I ask for, but I felt like they took advantage of us. I don't know what else I could have done to make it clear what I wanted when I made the appointments. While the massage was nice, I can't recommend this place. read more
