I googled and chose Essential Escape ... not familiar with the area, I lucked out! My 60 minute session with Mikala was exactly what I needed! She asked about where my pain was, the intensity I preferred and checked on me throughout the massage. The atmosphere was soothing with soft background music and a pleasing scent of orange (which she asked about before diffusing). If I lived here I would definitely be a regular but may plan trips back for massage therapy in the future!

All I can say for this location is that I got A massage. Not a good massage or at all what I…read morewanted, but I got a massage. And I desperately needed a good massage. No one speaks English so they try to translate using their phones..... they don't ask any medical questions so they didn't take precautions around the knee surgery I just had!! And when I spoke up and said it was hurting she just said, "pain, good" and kept going!!! I would not recommend this location unless you are looking for abuse and don't care if they listen or not! It's unfortunate because I did have high hopes for this place and if they had someone that could translate it might be an ok place. It is clean, so they at least have that going for them. Good luck if you try this place.

In my experience, with my body's aches and issues, a fairly deep massage is often critical to working out the kinks. But Ming didn't linger too long on my more tender areas--e.g., my calves and shins--yet gave adequate attention to my "hurts so good" areas of neck and back. He was careful, too, around my recent shoulder replacement--much appreciated! Open on Sundays, great prices, easy location, and an excellent therapist. Lili's is now a weekly stop in my week.
