From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The office is SO cute with the monkey theme, and they have a special helper named Tucker to ease ease patient's anxiety. Dr. Greenleaf and his staff are so caring for the child. Our daughter had to have a baby root canal (yes, this is a thing!). Our daughter did not even cry when she had to get an injection. They were so knowledgeable and quick! The 2 hour drive from our house is SO worth it! I even made a cleaning/check up appointment in 6 months for her there. They are simply amazing!

Besides, the attitude of the front desk towards this accident was very arrogant, saying that everyone makes mistakes and their clinic always servers good and suggested me looking for somewhere else ( I did switch to somewhere else later), I am just feeling very disappointed and upset about this experience.
