And boy am I glad I did! Dr. Pham and company are great people and have definitely taken care of me. The office is very clean and inviting. They are able to see me usually within 5 minutes of walking in the door. In the event that there is a bit of a wait though one can help themselves to a glass of water or a chai latte at the Keurig machine in the lobby. As far as the actual reason why I originally went to Happy Spine - I have a job that requires me to awkwardly lift 50-130lb objects for 10 hours a day. Back pain is unavoidable with my job. But through good coaching and great adjustments by Dr. Pham most of the time I do not have any more lower back pain. I would strongly recommend going to Happy Spine for an adjustment. Dr. Pham takes X-rays before adjusting to make sure he's adjusting the right place and it's very affordable! Go go go!

I'm pretty happy that I found This location, because Dr. Rothman, the chiropractor on duty, is great at his practice. One of the things I always harp on about in my reviews is customer service, so I was pleased when the doctor sat down and discussed for several minutes my concerns, what brought me to him, and how I could lessen back pain on my own. Hearing your joints crack and pop can be unnerving at first, but I appreciated the constant communication before each adjustment was made. The most important thing, I think, is how your care and health are much more important to them than the insurance you have (or if you have insurance at all). No, nothing is free, but they will work with you to provide needed service. Located directly behind a Kroger grocery store, I found myself looking for an office building, but found a retrofitted house, which I actually like.
