Additionally, they have a sign saying "14 minutes" in the self bay but didn't bother to mention that is ONLY if you are under their top unlimited subscription. For me they gave a few minutes, not even enough to wash the tires. The touch free car wash automatic bay was ok enough so I took them up on their referral offer of "get $5 credit for referring others". I referred my daughter. My daughter gets charged on her credit card, puts the app on her phone and about a week later attempts to go for a car wash and her phone is logged out, her account membership has been cancelled. My daughter calls, I'm in the car with her, and they tell her THEY cancelled her membership! She ask why and they said they thought she was me! I then join in as the phone is on speaker, and I tell them well obviously she isn't me, she is speaking, has her own credit card, her own phone, and is sitting right next to me speaking to you. They are like "There is nothing we can do, we do not give refunds even though we cancelled the monthly membership the first day". Afterwards she contacted her credit card company and disputed the charge, the lady from capital one was shocked that a carwash company would do such a thing. My daughter received her money back from that dispute. This left me disgusted, that this car wash company has such poor customer service and they would attempt to steal money from my daughter. There is another car wash behind Dominos and they will be getting my families business from here on out. Stay away from these greedy companies as they do not care about their customers and will have no issues canceling your monthly membership on the first day while stealing your money.

I'm certain that there were steamers, scrubbers, and all kinds of crevice tools used on my vehicle. My 11 year old minivan looks brand new on the inside, except even more lustrous than it rolled off the factory line. There's no embedded grime in the vinyl trim or leather seats. Paige also picked up and dropped off my car since I'm the only driver in the house right now. In my opinion every used car dealer should utilize this business to really up their sales game. I got this detail because I'm putting the vehicle up for sale, and now I'm jealous that someone is getting to drive this pristine car. My new-to-me 10yo truck was also sent out for a detail by the lot I bought it from. It's pretty good, but not nearly to the level of the detail my van got from Sleek and Shine. To me the price was extremely fair for the quality of the work.

There was some sort of film on the dashboard so you hardly see the speedometer and the windows were streaked so I had to redo themselves. But the thing that bothered me the most was the overpowering smell of the cleaners and the price. They advertise $155 for detailing your vehicle. When it was said and done, it cost me $186. I was informed that my vehicle need special this and special that. I feel they should inform their customers that they may incur extra costs up front. Next time, I think I will do it myself.
