The value of care and consideration of our needs were exemplary and our many questions were dealt with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. When it seemed like it would never end or we would be discouraged by our situation, they were there with words of hope and encouragement. We cannot say enough about this firm and the kind people who did everything they could to provide a positive outcome. It ended well and we were satisfied with that outcome, but more than that, was the journey we spent with them because they really did go the extra mile every time there was a twist or a turn. We could not have asked for a better law firm with such wonderful people. 5 Stars, highly recommend.

He has provided insight and direction to these issues and giving me the confidence I needed to be able to hold my head up and do what was right for my family. Even if you are walking this alone, ( which I originally was) scheduling a sit down with him is well worth the time and money. He is the big brother of attorneys and is not going to sugar coat anything, but he is going to hype you when you are doubting yourself, and give you a kick in the pants when your being fussy. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had just recently moved to Sebring, Florida, and had fallen in love with riding my electric…read morescooter around beautiful Lake Jackson on a daily basis. I'm a very courteous rider, and whenever someone was walking toward me on the sidewalk, I would simply move into the street, let them pass, and then ease back into a driveway since there is no bike path along Lakeview Drive. On one of those driveway transitions, I encountered an unexpected two-inch saw-cut curb that sat above the street. On a scooter with 9 1/2-inch wheels, the moment my front tire hit that raised edge, it stopped instantly and threw me face-first onto the concrete. The accident split my upper lip open, knocked out my two front teeth, fractured my left cheekbone, and broke my left little finger. Being new to Florida, I had no idea where to turn. While I was in downtown Sebring, I noticed the Burnetti, P.A. office and walked in just before Christmas. There was one staff member working that day, and after listening to what had happened, she told me all of their attorneys were excellent. I told her, "I need one of your best. Who would you trust if this were your family?" Without hesitation, she suggested Attorney Dylan Griffin, describing him as "a bulldog." Because Dylan is based in Lakeland and I'm in Sebring, we met by phone. He spent as much time with me as I needed, carefully explaining my case and answering every question. He introduced me to his paralegal, Alex, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. I've documented everything with photographs, ambulance reports, emergency room records, and ongoing medical treatment, and Alex has always made herself available whenever I've had questions or needed guidance. What has impressed me most is that Dylan has personally checked on me more than once--not just to discuss the case, but to see how I was doing and whether I needed any additional medical help. That level of personal concern has meant a great deal to me. My case is still moving forward, so this review reflects my experience to date. Everything I've written here is based on how Burnetti, P.A. and Attorney Dylan Griffin have treated me throughout the process so far. Once my case has been fully resolved, I'll come back and update this review to reflect my complete experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a personal injury law firm in Central Florida, I highly recommend Burnetti, P.A., and especially Attorney Dylan Griffin. I'm trusting him with both my case and my well-being, and based on the care, professionalism, and communication I've experienced so far, I would confidently recommend him to anyone seeking outstanding legal representation.

Allen and Abary billed me roughly five times what my wife's attorney charged her. His retainer was…read more2000 but special case for me was 5000. There are bogus charges such as spending a half hour to look over her witness list. There were no witnesses. Mr. Allen never contacted my ex wife's legal representative to negotiate anything on my behalf (confirmed) I worked out all the details, then at the arraignment he started "negotiating" so he could charge more(confirmed). The process took 25 minutes his "negotiation" took 3 hours. That tactic resulted additional money for her legal fees. There are reviews that say he's biased to the women. Based on his "negotiating" I would say is very true. The women seem to think he's great in their reviews, but they're creepy and unprofessional innuendos. He also tried to convince me it was better for the state to garnish my wages. I'm guessing he makes a percentage(unconfirmed). He stretched and wrung out every possible cent he could from me. I never felt as though he had my best interest. Janie his paralegal is extremely blunt with a sharp attitude. She makes you feel like you're some sort of troublesome chore. I wanted to fire him but then I would have to pay some other retainer fee. It was 14000 altogether. My wife spent 2500. She won. You tell me. Shop around this guy is not in it for you.
